Mike was very friendly, upfront, honest and a total professional. He made the entire process of my recent car worry free. He took the time to explain everything I asked about my car and extra options I could purchase for my car. He also took the time to answer all of my questions about my financing process . Another person I have to thank is Doug Van Dyck who was an integral part of me visiting the dealer. He was fast to response to my online injury and provide me with a fair afford. They had an existing relationship with this dealership which made it very easy to obtain the car and fill out the paperwork in a 'no haggle/best deal' transaction. My salesperson, Doug, was very easy going and walked us through our lease exchange with no issue, or pressure. (we had a hyundai sante fe ). All the paperwork was in order, no hidden fees or last minute add ons,, what a relief. Thanks to both parties for brokering the deal. More
