2 Time Customer Last summer my mom needed a new car and we were very interested in Hyundai for the obvious reason- the outstanding warranty - but also because we had Last summer my mom needed a new car and we were very interested in Hyundai for the obvious reason- the outstanding warranty - but also because we had purchased a used Hyundai 6 years ago for my teenage daughter and the car has been so reliable and effortless to own. We came to Harbor Hyundai as it was the closest dealership to us and we had the good fortune of meeting James Kraft. I hadn't bought a new car in years so was a little apprehensive based on past experience (pushy sales people swarming you the minute you walk on the lot) but this not the case at Harbor Hyundai. James was so accommodating and found a great car for my Mom at a great price! So when I was ready to purchase I called James - met with him on 3 different occasions to test-drive different cars. He was so patient with me as I didn't really know what I wanted - I started out wanting a used SUV, then a used Sonata LTD, then back to the SUV but nothing was exactly right for me. Then last week he called me with this great package on a new Sonata Sport in my price range and with the features I wanted. So I met with him again and test drove the car and decided this was the right car, but of course, it was not the color I wanted! He tracked down the color package I wanted and had the car on the lot for me 2 days later! I would highly recommend Harbor Hyundai and particularly James Kraft! More

Not only was my purchasing experience perfect, I've also had extremely good follow-up service every time I've taken my car back for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. The staff is always exceptionally friendly and easy going, and I've never had to wait more than the anticipated hour for regular service. I really couldn't ask for a better experience, and I've recommended this dealership to several of my friends already! I wish every dealership could be this awesome! More
