I used to take my car to Tustin Hyundai for service when I lived in OC, and never received the extremely high lev Esteban was a great service advisor! I used to take my car to Tustin Hyundai for service when I lived in OC, and never received the extremely high level of service that I got at Harbor Hyundai yesterday. I am impressed to say the least! Esteban listened to all my concerns about the vehicle, including my tires. He gave me some good advice for going about replacing them. Harbor took care of my car and not only washed it, but also vacuumed!! Saul provided a friendly, courteous round-trip shuttle to and from Harbor, which was awesome since I was at work. Most places only have a one-way shuttle. Thank you Esteban and Saul! I will look forward to my next service visit for a change! More

He also goes out of his way to follow up and ensure you are satisfied. The ownership team is great as well. They have gotten to know me over the years, and I feel very comfortable with whatever deal they make. The service department is outstanding! I have been the first to buy certain cars and the Genesis Coupe with the 349 HP engine was great, but we had a shifting problem. They had two fellows from the engineering department come out with their computer and drove it and adjusted it right away. More
