Oil Change I had to travel to Arizona and upon my return I was due for an oil change. I made a SAME DAY appointment for that afternoon. It was my first time to Harbor Hyundai but I was greeted by name and got in right away. While it did take an hour and forty minutes, the service was great and the car was washed inside and out. I walked down the sidewalk and had lunch so the timing worked out. More

They came through on a weekend! Saturday morning and the car wouldn't turn over. Not the battery so I had it towed to Harbor Hyundai, my usual go-to for maintenance. Harbor is near Saturday morning and the car wouldn't turn over. Not the battery so I had it towed to Harbor Hyundai, my usual go-to for maintenance. Harbor is near my office but not my house. Unfortunately there was a mix up by the tow dirver who dropped it off at the adjacent Chevy dealer. Many phone calls later Irene located the car herself and informed me. We took a cab over and Jake had the car diagnosed by the tiem we got there. They finished repairs while we waited and were very patient with us. This is really wonderful service on a weekend without an appointment. Both Jake and Irene showed wonderful resourcefulness and patience dealing with a couple very upset people! Many thanks! More

When I was ready to bring it back to have the work done, at this same time my car was due for an oil change and because of a previous bad experience with the service department I was given a free oil change. I thought I would give them another try to show me they can do better (they did) and bottom line, no other service department could beat their price for timing and drive belt replacements. It seems as though everything was completed. Everyone was very polite and as always my car was cleaned which is a nice touch. More
