I've been to dealerships that have tried to reel me in with lousyq promises of unrealistically low APR and monthly payments, all the while boasting about their code of honesty. I was very pleased when Doug took me through an estimated scenario of what APR I might expect, and when we got a quote from the bank, his estimate matched their quote very closely. That won some trust points for sure. Overall, great experience. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is tired of dealing with shady dealers. More

They answered all of my questions extremely fast and with none of the hard-sell tactics that I got from other dealers when I was trying to find this car - I had been to two other dealers in the San Francisco Bay Area and one internet manager was rude and not in the slightest way helpful and the other was hard-sell and not helpful. I found Harbor Hyundai after I did a quick check on Yelp to find a dealership with high customer-satisfaction ratings. It cost me an extra $300 for a flight and 6-hours for the drive back from Long Beach to the Bay Area - well worth it to work with this team! My flight took off at 9am, Mike picked me up from the Long Beach airport at 10:30am and I was on my way by 11:30am - my car was ready, the financing docs were ready and Mike took the time to explain a few of the extras on the car - it was pretty much sign and go. I would highly recommend Mike's team! More
