First and foremost, dealing with knowledgeable sales people is appreciated by all. I work and build motorcycles and do frame up restorations of older classic muscle cars. Les Mumphrey and Ruben Ruiz definitely know there product line. You can't sell unless you know what your trying to sell. These guys were great and all other dealerships worldwide should be as lucky to have two car lovers as well as salesman like these two guys. Attention to details were so evident that any US Marine Corps Drill Instructor would have been satisfied. Semper Fi!!!! I could go on and on about how impressed with each passing minute I was becoming with Harbor Hyundai, which is a 3rd Generation owned dealership. This 3rd generation family knows how to train employees. Sales being the obvious training point as well as, making sure customer satisfaction is not overlooked but remains at the highest level of importance. Les Mumphrey and Ruben Ruiz worked feverishly to get me the best attainable deal. As happy as I was walking into the dealership (which buying a car can make some people uncomfortable), I left with an even bigger smile. It was a "Magical" deal so to say. No more black clouds lingering. Just great employees, knowledgeable staff, and smiles from all whom I encountered at Harbor Hyundai. It's safe to say that the smiles on the staff's faces after selling me a car were as big as my own, and that Les and Ruben had a deal that worked for both Harbor Hyundai and I. I recommend Harbor Hyundai for any and all whom are considering one of the top cars available today for us "middle class" folk. I have no doubt that any employee of Harbor Hyundai will provide the level of service and attention to detail that Les Mumphrey and Ruben Ruiz gave to me. Thank you Les and Ruben. Service going the extra mile. I had a simple service scheduled and brought up a problem to the Service Rep, Jake. I had lost something inside the front console and was asking if he I had a simple service scheduled and brought up a problem to the Service Rep, Jake. I had lost something inside the front console and was asking if he knew how to open it up. He explained the process and how the correct tools are needed or I could easily cause damage. He said,"I'll see what I could do," and that was it. I came in a short time later and he had not only serviced the vehicle but extracted the lost item and saved me a whole lot of hassle and money. He said it was easy enough and didn't charge me for the extra labor. Just an example of how helpful and friendly the staff is over at Harbor Hyundai. Every visit is always pleasant. More
