Repaired another shops errors quickly, helped seek payment. I recently purchased my first new vehicle from Harbo Hyundai, a 2015 Veloster Turbo, and I couldn't speak enough about how easy and painless they made I recently purchased my first new vehicle from Harbo Hyundai, a 2015 Veloster Turbo, and I couldn't speak enough about how easy and painless they made it to get exactly what I wanted. This was after visiting 5 other Hyundai's in the LA area. 3 months later, I took it to my local Valvoline to have the oil changed, and everything seemed perfectly normal. Fast forward 4 months, time for the second oil change, I take it to Hyundai to do the work as well as rotate tires, check filters, etc. Hyundai calls me over and says that Valvoline used an incorrect oil filter size, as well as over torqued i,t so it damaged where the filter mounted. They didn't have the part in stock but could overnight it and have my car finished by the afternoon of the second day. They also called a rental car, who picked me up and had me on my way. In addition to fixing the parts that needed to be, and in a very speedy fashion, I worked with Jake, one of the service advisers, who spent 4 days calling between me and Valvoline to seek payment for the repairs since they had messed up and the total was almost $500. It took Valvoline 3 days to pay, and I ended up picking up my car at the end of the week, but not because of Hyundai, they finished their part within 24 hours. Overall I went in for routine maintenance, found something that kind of ruined my day, but Hyundai, in particular Jake, helped me get it fixed, and in the end it ended up not costing me anything but time. More
Great Customer Service and Technical Service I purchased my Hyundai Elantra in April 2011 and have all service performed at the dealership. Oil Change The people who work here are great and very professional. They make you feel comfortable, and provide you with the best deals out there in the market. Only paid $25 for an oil change(plus inspection) with a $5 coupon. Super awesome, and they add a complimentary car wash to put the cherry on top. Great people, and your car is dealt by professionals.
