I reached out to several dealers and requested pricing for my desired vehicle. Harbor Hyundai was the first dealer to respond and was the most competitive from the very beginning. On the day of the purchase, I called and confirmed all the details and they assured me that the pricing they had offered was solid and that we would have no surprises. I visited the dealership that day and ended up driving out with my car a few hours later. Mike was incredibly professional and made the process as smooth as possible. A very positive experience overall thanks to Mike and the people at Harbor Hyundai. More
Customer Service, not just price. I had been going through True Car and Costco looking for a 2015 Elantra GT. I had been told that availability of the 2015 was scarce and one dealershi I had been going through True Car and Costco looking for a 2015 Elantra GT. I had been told that availability of the 2015 was scarce and one dealership offered to sell me a 2016 Elantra GT for $1500 more than the True Car quoted price for a 2015 model - which they did not have currently in stock but would receive in two days. At this point I had not test driven the car. I received a call from Doug Van Dyck at Harbor Hyundai and went down for a test drive. Doug understood that I was shopping around and had no issues with giving me the demonstration. I drove the car and liked everything about it. With no pressure from Doug, I initiated the conversation regarding the trade in value of my Subaru Forster and any incentives available. Doug calculated the numbers for me (also for a 2016 model, which he had in stock) but could not match the "theoretical quote" from the other dealership. I thanked Doug for his help but he understood that I wanted to see if the other dealership would be able to commit to the price they offered and actually have the car available. About two hours after leaving Harbor Hyundai, I decided that Doug's offer was a great deal and that I did not need to sit down with the other dealership. I went back the next day to test drive the actual car I wanted to purchase, loved it and made the purchase. Although Doug was not there that day, Les Mumphrey handled the rest of the transaction seemlessly. I was very happy to have dealt with Doug and Les and would not hesitate to recommend Harbor Hyundai. Despite the fact that I might have gotten a lower price, I have no regrets about my purchase. More

We had planned to wait at least 6 more months before making the purchase but one of our existing cars was barely holding on and we knew it was only a matter of time before it would leave us stranded somewhere by the side of the road. We were so happy with our purchase of our 2010 Hyundai Elantra, that we decided to see what kind of deal we could negotiate for a new Elantra. We expected the high pressure sales approach that we had experienced at other dealerships like Nissan but we were pleasantly surprised. James Kraft worked with us and our less than perfect credit to get the best possible deal financing would allow. We were even eligible for rebates and a loyalty discount. James took us for a test drive and gave us a thorough tutorial on all the features of the car. Just as important, was James' honesty. Throughout the process, he was upfront about what he could do for us and what he could not do. This was a great help in making a deal we could live with. The whole process was a pleasure.
