A job well done! I had the unpleasant experience of having a road hazard flatten one of my tires. After having the spare installed I called Harbor Hyundai to determine they had the right size tire in stock I headed for the dealership. where I was met by Scott Jones who, despite the fact that I obviously did not have an appointment, slid me right in and in less than an hour I was on my way. I can't thank Scott and the guys in the service department enough for their efforts. Also at the time of my purchase I opted for the optional road hazard package which completely covered all costs, and it really paid off, not a dime out of my pocket. Harbor Hyundai will continue to be my choice for service in the future. Well Done! Don Clark More

And the service rep could have tried to talk me into paying for a tire rotation and alignment, but instead he pointed out that I was going to have to replace those tires soon, and it's better to deal with those issues AFTER I put new tires on the car. Picked the car up same day after they adjusted the Turbo Wastegate Linkage. Made it 5 miles in 10 minutes from the dealer and it was engulfed in flames. Total loss. Our car and personal items gone. Service manager and General Manager offered us a $400 discount on a used car. To me that is not good customer service More

I went to other dealers and they always wanted to sell me something I didn't want. When I told Mr. Fischer "if I am going to spend this much money, I want to buy what I want!" He came through for me after working hours on the phone to locate what I wanted. I appreciated that very much. He went over all the "bells and whistles" with me. Like he said, I will have to continue to play with everything until I get it down. Mr. Fischer is truly an asset to your dealership and I would recommend him to my friends. P.S.
