Easiest Car Buying Experience Ever Don't go anywhere else. This was like how car buying should be. He remembered what I said, followed up with me every step of the way, and most importantly: he was tailoring the sale and vehicle to me, not to some preset standards or pushy need to make a commission. We looked at a few models, ran a couple test drives, and quickly met at an outstanding deal. It was a very comfortable experience! Also, the little things like bottles of water, helpful staff, taking time to show me aspects of the vehicle, and more went a long way. I'm glad I came here, and I look forward to buying my next car from Harbor Hyundai... which will probably be a long time based on my experience with Hyundai! :D Also, the finance director was a great guy to work with too. After having the spare installed I called Harbor Hyundai to determine they had the right size tire in stock I headed for the dealership. where I was met by Scott Jones who, despite the fact that I obviously did not have an appointment, slid me right in and in less than an hour I was on my way. I can't thank Scott and the guys in the service department enough for their efforts. Also at the time of my purchase I opted for the optional road hazard package which completely covered all costs, and it really paid off, not a dime out of my pocket. And the service rep could have tried to talk me into paying for a tire rotation and alignment, but instead he pointed out that I was going to have to replace those tires soon, and it's better to deal with those issues AFTER I put new tires on the car. Service manager and General Manager offered us a $400 discount on a used car. To me that is not good customer service More
