Best auto buying experience, will only shop Harbor Hyundai! I will start off by saying this is my second time buying a new car from Harbor Hyundai and both times the sales experiences were awesome. Both tim I will start off by saying this is my second time buying a new car from Harbor Hyundai and both times the sales experiences were awesome. Both times I chose to go through the online sales route, Ruben Ruiz and Doug Van Dyck made the whole experience painless and hassle free. I emailed the sales department with the car I was wanting to buy and asked them for their best sales price. I did the same with other dealerships in the area and Harbor always had the best price. Another dealership told me that they couldn't beat Harbor's price and that I was getting a great deal. Ruben and the Finance Department really worked hard on my deal since i was in a difficult financial situation. But in the end, they made it all work. Our sales price was under MSRP and the financing rate I got was better than I expected. I really do appreciate all the work they did to get the deal done. Do not consider any other dealership for a Hyundai in Southern California. The Service Department is also top-notch from the times I have come in for oil changes. I've already told Ruben I'll be back in a couple years to trade in our Elantra for a Sonata and I know they will take care of me then too. More

The service center was very busy and he was able to schedule me in the afternoon. I took my car in and was promised that it will be serviced immediately and should be finished in one hour. I received the phone call over one hour later that the car was ready for pick up. Great service so far in terms of getting the car in for its first maintenance. Also, thanks for the car wash. Although the car wash was probably swift and quickly done, the inside cabin was not vacuumed (my only concern). Overall, thanks for the quick maintenance. More
