Wonderful Dealer and Service I have been coming to Harbor Hyundai for about a year. I actually went to the Hyundai dealer in Cerritos first but they couldn't find the problem th I have been coming to Harbor Hyundai for about a year. I actually went to the Hyundai dealer in Cerritos first but they couldn't find the problem that I described. After switching to the dealer on Cherry they found the problem right away and fixed it! Therefore I became a loyal customer. I was always hesitant about coming to dealers because I thought the prices were double of a private mechanic. That is not the case at all. My oil change is regularly $28 but they send me coupons so I can get an oil change for $21.95. I like Jake Bumacod. He is my rep and does an excellent job communicating with me and letting me know when I need to return for service. He is not a salesman but just a very honest service rep. I would recommend him to anyone. I love this place and feel confident my car is getting the best care. Also, I like the tokens for free snacks and the waiting room is very comfortable. They will also give me a ride home or pick me up which I really appreciate! More

We found ourselves at this dealership, one day after Thanksgiving, unexpectedly in dire need of a new car. Since a car was not in our budget, we needed to consider leasing and had no clue where to begin. Because I am a commuter, mileage was a concern. This wonderful dealership bent over backwards to make a lease work for us within our budget. We not only have extended mileage, we told the dealer what we could pay per month, and that is what we are paying. Customer service has never been anything but courteous, quick and informative, and the service coupons keep me going back. More

I dont consider my deal to be easy by any stretch considering I had an existing lease with negative equity and not a lot of money that I could spend out of pocket. I was very upfront and honest with Mike and in turn he was honest and up front with me. When I arrived at the dealership, he sat me down we talked about needs and my situation. He explained the process to me concerning my trade in, the price of the new vehicle and he different incentives and payment plans. I left with the promise he would work on it the next morning (it was late) and get back to me in the early afternoon. Mike Emailed me and we talked over the phone. He gave me all of my options, we discussed the best option, payments etc., I filled out a credit application online and the deal was done. I arrived at 7:45 that afternoon and I went on a test drive, talked through all of the car features, received all of my books, reference manuals and quick guides, signed papers and was out by 9:15. I could not have asked for anything more quick and easy. I highly recommend Harbor Hyundai and Mike Casalegno and will be doing so for all of my friends and family that are ready to buy a car. More
