We found ourselves at this dealership, one day after Thanksgiving, unexpectedly in dire need of a new car. Since a car was not in our budget, we needed to consider leasing and had no clue where to begin. Because I am a commuter, mileage was a concern. This wonderful dealership bent over backwards to make a lease work for us within our budget. We not only have extended mileage, we told the dealer what we could pay per month, and that is what we are paying. Customer service has never been anything but courteous, quick and informative, and the service coupons keep me going back. More

I dont consider my deal to be easy by any stretch considering I had an existing lease with negative equity and not a lot of money that I could spend out of pocket. I was very upfront and honest with Mike and in turn he was honest and up front with me. When I arrived at the dealership, he sat me down we talked about needs and my situation. He explained the process to me concerning my trade in, the price of the new vehicle and he different incentives and payment plans. I left with the promise he would work on it the next morning (it was late) and get back to me in the early afternoon. Mike Emailed me and we talked over the phone. He gave me all of my options, we discussed the best option, payments etc., I filled out a credit application online and the deal was done. I arrived at 7:45 that afternoon and I went on a test drive, talked through all of the car features, received all of my books, reference manuals and quick guides, signed papers and was out by 9:15. I could not have asked for anything more quick and easy. I highly recommend Harbor Hyundai and Mike Casalegno and will be doing so for all of my friends and family that are ready to buy a car. More

I have been wanting to get a new car for a while now, and I finally decided that now was the time. I worked with Mike Casalegno, and he was awesome from initial email until the time I drove off the lot with my new Tuscon. I was amazed at how hassle-free the process was. They were honest and upfront, and truly wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. They did their best to get me a great deal, and get me extras and make it work for my budget. I was impressed with Mike's patience for all of my questions (this is a huge purchase), and was always willing to email me back and help me out every step of the way. Joni in finance is a riot, you have to talk to her! She was great at keeping my payments where I wanted them while getting me the most she could to keep my car in pristine condition.
