Made a same day appointment which was kept promptly. Oil was changed quickly. I was in and out before I had time to finish my tea. Always friendly staff. We attended the LA Auto show and Leonard contacted us a few days later. Since we live in Torrance I went to South Bay Hyundai first, took a test drive and was very serious about making a deal. However I was not pleased with the Sales Person and since I had spoke to Leonard via email and liked his attitude I decided to drive all the way to Long Beach. I am glad I did. Leonard was extremely professional and helpful. The car I purchased had to be obtained from another dealer and so Leonard was not able to close the deal until the next day when the vehicle was in your shop. Leonard advised me that he would not be in but that Ruben would close the deal. Ruben was also very nice to work with and very professional. He let me know that Leonard had been in contact with him to see if all was going as planned. I was extremely impressed and happy with your staff. Especially after seeing how another dealership was run. Your place is much more customer friendly. If we decided to stay with HYUNDAI as our future car we will definitely come back to your dealership and hopefully work with Leonard and or Ruben again. More

After purchase you want competent, skilled and knowledgeable service personnel working on your new investment. Harbor Hyundai service is excellent and the service department staff go out of their way to make things work for you from appointment scheduling to actual work performed. My first Hyundai purchase was to test the waters, since then I've purchased two additional vehicles for a total of 3 from Harbor Hyundai. If that doesn't speak about a vote of confidence for this dealership I don't know what will. I've never had to take a vehicle back a second time to resolve an issue of which there were very, very few and Hyundai is pro active in notification and servicing of any and all recall notices that we've received. I honestly don't know what more I could ask of a car dealership. More
