My call in to service was last minute and the department had no availability, however I needed an extensive repair and Mr. Jones made the arrangements to ensure it happened for me. We attended the LA Auto show and Leonard contacted us a few days later. Since we live in Torrance I went to South Bay Hyundai first, took a test drive and was very serious about making a deal. However I was not pleased with the Sales Person and since I had spoke to Leonard via email and liked his attitude I decided to drive all the way to Long Beach. I am glad I did. Leonard was extremely professional and helpful. The car I purchased had to be obtained from another dealer and so Leonard was not able to close the deal until the next day when the vehicle was in your shop. Leonard advised me that he would not be in but that Ruben would close the deal. Ruben was also very nice to work with and very professional. He let me know that Leonard had been in contact with him to see if all was going as planned. I was extremely impressed and happy with your staff. Especially after seeing how another dealership was run. Your place is much more customer friendly. If we decided to stay with HYUNDAI as our future car we will definitely come back to your dealership and hopefully work with Leonard and or Ruben again. More
