The process of buying a new car at this dealership was pleasant overall. In particular Ruben Ruiz was amazing to work with. He was attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. The man who reviewed the contract with us was slightly unpleasant and seemed to have no concern about making us wait for no apparent reason. Ruben's manager was highly unpleasant. When we were nearly finished he suggested we still needed 75 minutes to complete the purchase process. Based on this estimate we made a trip home and drove back later to finish the contract. When we returned we were able to wrap up in 10 to 15 minutes which means we drove for about 45 minutes for nothing. More

I made an appointment on-line for service for my car. I had never been to this dealer before..but it was closer than where I purchased the car. The first gentlemen who came to the car when I arrived (I di had never been to this dealer before..but it was closer than where I purchased the car. The first gentlemen who came to the car when I arrived (I didn't get his name) was very helpful and friendly and offered me a seat inside at Scott's desk. Scott was great. Being my first time there he made me feel right at home. I decided to wait for my car to be serviced and it didn't take all that long...and they washed my car (which was sorely needed!). I'd recommend Harbor Hyundai to anyone for the Hyundai's servicing! More

Extremely caring and friendly. They are very straight forward and I appreciated the multiple follow up emails which showed me how much they care and work hard.
