This was the second Hyundai I have purchased at Harbor and my 4th Hyundai altogether. Ken was superb as was Joni in finance. We met with Doug at our appointment time. He was friendly, informative. He arranged for me to drive two different Sonatas. I shopped thru 6-7 other dealers. No other was as simple, direct or easy to deal with. Purchased my first car ever here at Harbor Hyundai. I went with the Hyundai elantra and I love it ! Ruben did an excellent job at explaining all the features of the car and didn't pressure me to buy any went with the Hyundai elantra and I love it ! He also gave me and my aunt, whom I was with, free beverages and snacks. All transactions were quick, easy and painless! I also had the pleasure of having the finance consultant, Gladys, who was very friendly and nice. I also informed Ruben this was my first car and I'm not the greatest of drivers, and he made sure I got off the lot safely.
