They answered my questions about other concerns for my car. My CD player doesn't seem to work anymore, has an "Error 43" message, and Scott said this is unrepairable and would need a new radio, so he quot car. I declined those repairs, as they seemed expensive at $700 radio, and $160 dome light. However they were able to change one of my fog light bulbs with a new one that I brought in while they serviced the Stop Light Switch recall. Thank you! More

After the test drive, I was able to select the car I wanted (Elantra GLS PZEV with added features) at the dealership website and expressed my interest via email. The dealership was responsive without being pushy. I spoke with Junior about the car over the phone and made an appointment to go purchase the car. I got the car I wanted at a great price. I test drove several other cars, but the Elantra was the best value. I will definitely recommend Harbor Hyundai to my friends and associates. More

Even were able to trade in our old car which we hadn't actually planned. I would recommend this dealership to any body and would shop there again. There was some minor miss-information in the email and then in person about the early payoff of the loan. When we signed with the finance person we learned that this will likely cost us ~$100. More
