Buying my 2012 Sonata Hybrid yesterday, by far my best experience yet at Harbor Hyundai. In less than two years now, my family and I have leased (4) new Hyundai's, and every time we have returned to Harb experience yet at Harbor Hyundai. My salesman, Leonard Fischer, always goes above and beyond when looking for the car I want, and will never stop trying to be sure both of us are happy when I leave in my new car. If you are looking for a dealership and a salesperson to purchase a new Hyundai from, I suggest that you do your homework, but then go to Leonard Fischer at Harbor Hyundai to close the deal. Buying the car at Harbor Hyundai was one of the best experiences I've ever had in purchasing a car - new or used. But taking the car in for regular maintenance has turned out to be a true bonus. James Kraft was very open and straight forward with use and was with us every step of the process. Car salesmen are known to be sleazy, pushy, overbearing, and manipulative and this was something I hoped not to encounter. Over the phone Paul was professional, prompt, clear to the point, friendly, and came across as a man of integrity (as much as a salesman can be). He was very reasonable and understanding to find a good price for us. Getting to the dealership, he was a quick and efficient no-nonsense type of guy while still giving me space to breathe and take in the situation. I'm pleased to have had Paul as my salesman. He was never sarcastic, rude, pushy, or overwhelming. Instead, Paul was informative, genuine, stated all things clearly, calm in demeanor, efficient and made my experience better than what it could have been with another salesman or dealership. More
