We had heard about the quality of Hyundai cars and have read reviews about the Car of the Year award for the Elantra. Paul asked us what our interest were and directed us to the three Elantra body styles, pointing out the unique features of each. We were purchasing the car for our daughter and he was careful to direct his attention to her and to listen to her wishes. He answered every question with respect and professinalism. Once we decided to purchase the car, Paul made a point of showing us everything we needed to know, even syncing our daughter's cell phone to the blue tooth. He's easy to work with, friendly, RESPONSIVE and best of all, HONEST. Strangely, I've noticed that Hyundai dealers seem to be one of the most dishonest dealers I've run across (compared to times I've purchased other brands). Many make promises they can't keep. Doug however is honest and straight forward from the beginning. He won't quote a price he can't honor and he'll be honest when another quote is one he can't beat. An hour before I left to close the deal with Doug, another dealer called me with what was allegedly a better quote. But this dealer had already backed out on a previous quote and my wife and I agreed that we wanted to take our business to the dealer who is honest and does deals the right way. More
