We had a bad month of August. Had a drunk driver slam into my Wife's parked Hyundai Azera at 2am waking us up. Her car was taken to the collision center I work for. We knew we had to get another Hyundai after 97k miles free from problems. I only knew to turn to Harbor Hyundai for a new car. So I went on Edmunds.com, and dealerrater.com found this dealer rated the highest! Called a family friend of ours Les Saul who referred me to Doug Van Dyck. So I spent time emailing Doug about the (yet to be avail '13 Santa Fe Sport.) Doug gave me such GREAT information & quote on pricing via email. He made the 56 emails we sent back & forth worth my time! He gave me such great attention & detail I could only dream of! Mike was very helpful when Doug was off. My Wife wanted a 2013 Santa Fe in Marlin Blue. There were 3 avail in SoCal. Harbor Hyundai ended up doing a dealer trade for us. Got the Marlin Blue for us that same day by 5pm on end of the Month. Upon checking the veh out we noticed on the window South Bay Hyundai was charging a $2k over msrp price. Which Harbor does not charge!!! They got me a killer deal, on a fully loaded FWD 2.0T Turbo model. Frank took us on a great test drive since Doug was off that day. Frank was very informal on all the amazing details of this great car!! Met up with Doug the day they did the dealer trade. Couldn't believe how honest & great fun Doug and his team were! This is not a joke. From email to the physical picking up the car. We were so excited and had such praise of Harbor Hyundai & the boys I mentioned before. My Wife & I met up with Doug, later on that day we worked together on the deal. We had such great time with Frank & Doug it was so worth all the emailing I sent them. Had such a xxxx good experience! Ended up leaving Harbor Hyundai with a amazing new 2013 Mineral Blue that blew us away. We are so glad to have chosen Harbor Hyundai!!! * Sorry for my ramble I dig this dealership! Mike was awesome! I had gone to the Hyundai Cerritos just the day before and the salesman there was not very informed about the cars and his customer service skills were horrible.
