I started my inquiry online and had a response within hours. I informed dealer what I was looking for and again had a response quickly followed by a phone call. I started the loan process and got pre-approved, scheduled a test drive. I loved the Tucson. The following week I emailed to let them know I would make the purchase that weekend. I requested the GLS Graphite Grey, it was not available that morning. However by Sat. morning I received a phone call informing me that it was available. I was there that day and finalized my purchase. I was very happy with the entire experience and staff everybody was helpful. Harbor Hyundai gave me the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. My old car (2012 Nissan Versa) was recently totaled and my wife and I was looking to buy a new car with strong safety features experience of my life. As my wife and I expressed interest in a 2012 Accent, we were referred to Paul Zipagang from an excellent and honest salesperson at a sister dealership that did not sell Hyundai's. Paul was awesome. He found a 2012 Accent on the lot (most were already sold to other buyers) and we test drove it. I did not like the color of the car, so Paul said he would find an Accent with my preferred color and option package and bring it to Harbor Hyundai for me. He kept in touch with the pertinent details of his search. He did find the Accent that I asked for. But Paul found an even better deal for me. For just $1,500 more, I could step up and buy a 2013 Elantra. Now the Elantra had everything I wanted in the Accent as well as features the Accent did not offer. Plus it was a 2013 vs a 2012. I went back to Harbor Hyundai, test drove the Elantra and fell in love with the car. Paul got me a great deal for the car that was within my budget limits. Paul assisted me in every step of the buying process. Paul patiently went over all the basic aspects of the car with me. He even took the extra mile in helping me sync my iPhone to the car's bluetooth system. As I placed a deposit on the car 2 days before I picked it up, Paul came in on his off day just to assist me in finalizing my purchase and picking up my new Elantra (with a full tank of gas) from the dealership.
