I've had my new Elantra for over a week now and I'm still crazy excited to have it, and feeling great about my decision to go to Harbor Hyundai. I'd been with friends to buy new cars in the past and had been well prepared on what to expect in terms of the tricks and tactics of the salesmen, and was very pleasantly surprised to find Ken was not pushy in the slightest. He was casual, friendly and laid back. He showed me the Elantra I wanted in a couple colors, we took it for a spin and then talked numbers. Sure there was a little back and forth when it came to price and financing and options, but he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable at every step of the process and was great about answering my questions and making sure I understood what was happening. My one complaint is that there were little options that had been pre-installed on the car which drove up the price and I would have preferred to not be stuck with. Still, I was happy overall with the price I got and the experience, and would highly recommend Harbor Hyundai and especially Ken Bundy. Thanks Ken! More

We submitted a request to several dealerships in the area for an on-line quote. Most dealerships responded very quickly, but Harbor was by far the lowest (beat nearest competitor by several hundred dollars). My wife and I went to test drive a vehicle and compare colors on a Friday evening. We received great service and we were in and out on "our" timeline. During the visit, we learned about the Sonata, but received no pressure to "buy now". My wife and I decided the next day what we wanted to buy, made a phone call to Harbor and they quickly got to work making the deal work for us. The exact car that we wanted had already sold earlier in the day so they worked to bring one in from a different dealership and we just got done picking up our car today (Sunday). I can't say enough good things about how hard they worked to get the right price and the right car to earn our business. And on top of that, everyone that we interacted with provided outstanding service. I would highly recommend Harbor Hyundai. More
We brought a new Equus at the Long Beach Hyundai Dealership in January 2011 and love it! When it was time for our first service, we brought it to the South Bay location because of convenience. Since we knew we wanted to purchase an SUV later in the year, we spoke with Diego Bonilla, to get some information. He was very professional, friendly and informative in explaining the 3 lines of SUV's and also helped us with the electronics in the Equus. We had some questions about the navigation and radio systems regarding the settings. Diego was very helpfull in translating the instructions into simple terms so we could program various features. We said we'd contact him when we were ready to buy. When we went back to South Bay Hyundai a month ago, we found out that he was no longer with the dealership and were very disppointed. We talked with another sales person, who was helpful, about the Vera Cruz and made an offer. However, the sales manager did not have the courtesy to call us back to either confirm or reject our offer. This was very disappointing, particularly since we were already Hyundai owners and expected better treatment. We told our friends and family about how much we love the Equus but will not refer them to the South Bay dealership - we refer them to Long Beach Hyundai. However, we will continue to bring our car to South Bay Huyandi for service because the service manager, Kelly Robison, is excellent. He is all about customer service. We decided to go the the Long Beach dealership to see if they could help us with an SUV. We were so pleased to find out that Diego Bonilla was working there! He again gave us the latest information about the SUV's and were able to make a deal to purchase a 2012 Vera Cruz. Both Diego and Dave, the sales manager, were great to work with and were professional, friendly and customer oriented. We are now the proud owners of two Hyundai vehicles and will be return customers to Long Beach Hyundai in the future. More
Frank made the process of buying our new Elantra as smooth as can be. By the time we arrive at the dealership we had already negotiated the selling price of the car, trade-in price of our old Santa Fe smooth as can be. And all of this was done by email. Frank's easy-going personality and "can-do" attitude should be used as a model for all car salesman. He was truly a pleasure to have as our salesperson and would recommend anyone interested in buying a new Hyundai vehicle to see Frank. More

I asked Dallas how much a new Hyundai cost and he called Frank at Harbor Hyundai. When he told me I decided why buy a used car with 3 years of warranty already gone, when I could buy a new one for approx $3,000 more. Dallas took me next door and introduced me to Frank. Frank showed me three Hyundai, Accents. A Grey sedan, a white hatchback and a red sedan. I test drove the grey sedan and white hatchback. I loved the drive. It was a small car, yet it drove like it had weight. More like a midsize ride. I went back next door to test drive a Chevrolet Sonic. Even though the Sonic had more bells and whistles, it did not drive as well as the Hyundai, Accent. It drove like a small car. You could feel the road. It was only pretty. And the warranty on the Sonics powertrain was not as good. I feel if you have confidence in a car it should show in its warranty. Frank was patient and friendly and low pressure. He made my car buying event extremely pleasureable. I will be sure to recommend the Hyundai and Harbor to all my friends and acquaintences. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. I specifiied exactly what I wanted to Ken and there was no hassle in getting just that. He listened and provided. I wasn't being sold on everything that I didn't want. He told me what the OTD price was on the phone and when I got down there (I drove from an hour and half away), it was exactly that. The process was quick and harmless. Ken was very cordial and friendly and I had the absolute best experience in car buying, ever! More
I had such a hard time sifting through dealers in order to buy my first new car in LA. And once I began contact with Harbor Hyundai, I finally felt like this dealership was on my side. Frank was everything you could ask for in a salesman: he was extremely knowledgeable, answered every little question I had (there were a lot) with much detail, never talked down to me in a condescending way (take notes Keyes Hyundai...), and he was just a genuinely good person you felt like you could trust. Not only that, but he was able to find me a great deal overall and helped me work with the banks for financing. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I could have asked for!! More

I just bought a 2011 Hyundai Genesis from Harbor. My sales representative was Leonard Fischer. The car was 1yr old so this is a "used car" transaction which is usually the most problematic. Having done extensive research, I felt pretty sure of my trade-in's value and the value of the car I was buying... I'm not going to lie... I'm a difficult person. I am also a sales professional, so more willing than most to push back against dealership sales. To Harbor's credit, and especially Leonard's credit, they were completely willing to "let me be me." While Leonard did use traditional car sales techniques on me initially, when I pushed back, he adapted to my style fairly quickly. On my first visit, I told Leonard that I wasn't looking to negotiate and that I was sure of the reasonableness of my offer. While we weren't able to make it work on the first visit, Leonard was very pleasant and let me leave without too much undue pressure. I waited a few days (monitoring their website to see the car I wanted was still available) and then e-mailed Leonard reaffirming my original offer... he got back to me and we completed the rest of the deal via e-mail. Coming in to sign the papers was no-hassle... and I was in-and-out with my new car in less than 1 hour. Overall, this was a positive experience and I would recommend Leonard and Harbor. More
