I was calling around for quotes on cars and most dealers just told me to come in for a quote. Steve gave me not only a wonderful price on a new Elantra, but gave it over the phone with 0 haggling. I went into the dealership on a Thursday and Frank was there to assist me. Forcmoral support I had my husband, brother, and bro's girl tag along. I had already been pre approved through my credit union, but wasn't approved for the amount I needed to be able to do the purchase on the Elantra limeted. Frank worked me through it and gave me three different options I could choose from, two of them being leases. I've never been too keen on the idea of leasing a car but Frank was quick too put my mind at ease with all the helpful information he gave me. We decided it would be best I slept on my decision so I went home with all the information knowing I would be back the next day to make the purchase. Frank was off the next day but gave me his contact info. and told me too call him as soon as I new I was coming in. The next I call him at around noon and tell him Im going to go with the three year lease with the 20,000 miles a year option. I told him I already applied on line, just as he instructed me to do the might before, and that he could run my credit. I get word back from that my score wasn't high enough but he would see what he could do ( now mind you this was all getting done on his day off.) I text him back and told him my brother was willing to co-sign and asked if that would help. After a couple rounds of back and forth I headed down to the dealership to make the purchase. Going in I new frank had already left but he brought mike up to speed with my sell. Upon arrival Frank contacted me to let me know mike was finishing up a delivery and was 10 minutes out. We waited in the lobby area for mike who took over for Frank. To my surprise Mike was just as helpful, nice and cheerful as Frank. He too was up front with me letting me know that they were still working on my deal. Mike worked extremely hard to make the deal go as smoothly and as fast as he could (my brother was in a bit of a time crunch and needed to leave as soon as he could.) with my brothers timeline in mind Mike worked his magic to see the job through. I have to say he and Frank made my first car purchsea the best experience I could have ever imagined. I left the dealership knowing I made the right decision. A very friendly fellow who treats you well, with respect and goes out of his way in order for you to feel comfortable about the purchase you are about to make. Harbor Automotive Hyundai was great. I went in looking for the new Elantra Limited. I was very specific about the car I wanted and was willing to buy today if available. The problem was the car with the color comination I was looking for was not available. I contacted other dealers in and out of the area to include Phoenix and Las Vegas. I told each of these dealers what I was looking for and really got nothing back more than this is a really hot selling car and we don't have it but will call when some come in. Well no follow up call from any other dealer but from Susan Stanton from HarborHyundai I recieved an update regularly. I even called the other dealers for status and was told if I wanted to put a deposit on one they would hold it when they got it. Well a good dealer will find the car you are looking for and Susan did just that I got the car at a great price and the buying process was quick and easy they delievered what they promised and did not wast my time or money Thanks Susan and Harbor Hyundai I love the car More
