What a joke! Went in to buy new car was so low balled on trade in (because we didn't owe anything ) ended up walking out ! Zack Bolling (management)was reachable and respectful! When I arrived I was met at the door by William Bartlett no literally met at the door as he knew of my arrival time. I liked him Immediately very personable,friendly,but at the same time very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. We took a test drive and he explained and showed me the difference between cars. They did not have my color interior in stock so they upgraded me to a more elaborate exquisite car for the same payment that was promised! Vincent Munno in finance was such a pleasure to work with explained everything to me and worked the numbers so that the extended warranty was affordable for me! Everyone I came in contact with was awesome. There are other dealers closer to my home but Harbor is definitely worth the drive if you want to be treated like family. More
