I found a car that I liked that the dealership had advertised on the dealers web page. When I met with the salesman he said it was sold and he showed me a newer car with a higher price. When I told him that the newer car was out of my price range he said that he found the car I was interested in at first. complete turn off More

hope it doesn't happen again as i usually do, i scheduled an oil change for a day last january. i also had a problem with my hood latch. i did not know that there was a recall. as i usually do, i scheduled an oil change for a day last january. i also had a problem with my hood latch. i did not know that there was a recall. nissan did not inform me. before i begin my review, let me say that all personnel who i deal with are always courteous, competent and friendly. when i arrived for my oil change i informed the tech that my hood latch was in need of repair. that is when i was informed that a recall was in progress. he told me that he would order the part. i said that since that were the case, let's schedule another date for the oil change and the latch. he agreed and we set up another date for late january. the day before, i received a call confirming and reminding me of the appointment. i assumed that all would be done on the next day. i arrived to be informed that the hood latch was not in but were coming in the following morning. since this was a recall i wondered why an ample supply did not exist!! but i digress. i returned the following morning and the job was done. my complaint is why did i receive a call to remind me to come in when the service could not be completed!! i wasted two trips and time before on the third trip the job was done. communication between departments is obviously lacking. More

30,000 mile check up I came to Harbor Nissan for my oil change at 6:45 AM on 1/29/2012 and was asked if I had a appointment by someone other then Mike Morsey. I was told I came to Harbor Nissan for my oil change at 6:45 AM on 1/29/2012 and was asked if I had a appointment by someone other then Mike Morsey. I was told that it would take at least 2 -1/2 hours to get me into the shop and that it takes an appointment for an oil change. I have never been notified that an appointment was required for an oil change. Then came Mike Morsey to take my Service order and informed me that he would do his best to get me into the shop ASAP. I was complete with oil change and 30,000 mile check up in less then 2-1/2 hours. Mike was very pleasant to deal with and treated me with great customer courtesy. Had it not been for Mike with his good customer relationship, I would have left and never return to Harbor Nissan. I purchased my 2014 Maxima at your facility. Customer relationship ranks at a very high level me and most other people. More
