Harbor Nissan

This is the fifth vehicle I have bought from Harbor. 3 work vehicles, A Titan in 2008, NV2500 in 2015 & 2016 and 2 Path Finders. This last and FINAL experience has really disappointed me . Mostly it 3 work vehicles, A Titan in 2008, NV2500 in 2015 & 2016 and 2 Path Finders. This last and FINAL experience has really disappointed me . Mostly it was a bad experience with Alex Bowermaster. After we had made a deal with CJ on trading our 2023 Rock Creek Path Finder for a 2026 Rock Creek, Alex changed our agreement to keep our existing Extended Warranty we had purchased for the 2023 and had done all the paperwork on it and then gave a $6000.00 additional deposit on top of our trade in, Alex said NISSAN wouldn’t permit us to keep the extended warranty because we had a claim ( a sensor that went out right about the 50000 mile point and we had to get the vehicle towed to a dealership while we were out of town So they would not let us keep it for the new Rock Creek after saying we could keep it but because we “had a claim”. This was after all the paperwork was completed But the next day Alex came in on his day off to rewrite the contract and charged us $2000.00 more for the new extended warranty. I really regret accepting that and should have gotten my 2023 Rock Creek back nd my $6000.00. I made it cleat to CJ that keeping the first extended warranty was very important for the deal and he assured us it was a ‘Go’! Till the dat after and then when we went back to meet Alex to rewrite the contract, CJ didn’t even come up front to see us or even apologize Very discouraging this go around with Harbor. I will not recommend them anymore. I will make sure I discourage any dealings with Harbor Nissan. Very Sad ending to the “Harbor Nissan Family”. they say they promote. Chuck Westenberg. Stay away from this dealer it's a waste of time! !!! I came in because I did an online buying quote to sell my car and they send it out to local dealers. So I kept getting calls from different deale !!! I came in because I did an online buying quote to sell my car and they send it out to local dealers. So I kept getting calls from different dealers I told them I don't have time to waste that I had offers from Carmax, carvana, algo ect all from 36k to 39k. I spoke to Nakita multiple times tell her how valuable my time is and if the price doesn't work for you that's ok I understand just don't waste my time. She said that the offers online come in low and I said are you sure you can get close or in the neighborhood told my number. She said yes but need to see the car. I had my 79 year old dad take it for me and of course they wasted our time. Came back with $32,000 and the person that looked at the car and took the pictures just started and said it's nice. We can't see anything wrong with it, but that's what they're offer is at least when I spoke to some other dealers told him where I needed to be they respectfully said they couldn't. I should just go to Carmax and I respect them for value in peoples time. Not this place it's always been a time wasting place. My dad tried to buy a truck from here a long time ago and they show one price and sticky with another. That's much higher. So my advice is not to do business with this dealer unless you have a lot of free time on your hands. More

Do not stand behind their used cars. Even though they advertise that they want 100% customer satisfaction. I Took my car back that had been in a major accident with a bent frame in 20 ot Even though they advertise that they want 100% customer satisfaction. I Took my car back that had been in a major accident with a bent frame in 20 other items broke and was told I bought it as is. Sales manager said he would take the car back and give me a refund and apparently the owner would not do that. Still trying to get the repairs done on my own on things that could not wait. They did repair a broken control arm and did a good job I'm sure they did not want the liability for that hanging out there. Would not recommend buying a used vehicle here. Ask for Carfax four times and was given excuses. More
