Don’t expect too much from the Service Center on your new vehicle. Repairs take longer than expected. The employees are nice, but they will not go out of their way to help if needed. Clearly the focus of the dealership, or at least the service provider was to get the vehicle in and out as quickly as possible, and not to actually care about the issue at hand and resolving it, or clie service provider was to get the vehicle in and out as quickly as possible, and not to actually care about the issue at hand and resolving it, or client concerns to the fullest. For the sake of the dealership, I hope it’s not the culture of the dealership but unfortunately, just a bad egg in their service department. More
