Had a great experience when I was there they didn’t try and pressure me into anything. Salesman was very helpful and knew everything about the truck I was buying. The finance department did an excellent job in getting me financed with a great rate and price I was looking to pay per month.

I had a great experience purchasing my Yukon from this dealership, and that was largely because of Joseph Flores and Jesus Gomez. I initially called about a specific vehicle, and Joseph Flores answered. Before we even arrived, he had the vehicle pulled up front and ready for us to see. From the beginning, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us. He was transparent, willing to discuss pricing, and never made us feel pressured. At one point, the process stalled when we were working with Giovanni Yanez, who unfortunately wasn’t very willing to work with us or move the deal forward. We were honestly preparing to leave. Joseph followed us outside, took the time to talk with us, listened to our concerns, and really went to bat for us to help get the deal done. That level of customer service is something we genuinely appreciated. Once Jesus Gomez stepped in, everything got back on track. He was professional, responsive, and made sure our concerns were addressed. He stayed on top of every item listed on our due bill and was committed to making sure we were satisfied even after the purchase. That gave us confidence that the dealership would stand behind what was promised. Joseph and Jesus turned what could have been a lost sale into a great buying experience. If you’re shopping here, I highly recommend asking for Joseph Flores and Jesus Gomez.

The service department is terrible! DON'T GO THERE! It's the worst I've seen in my 63 years. Pay close attention to your car. Especially if you are a woman or a senior citizen. I went in on March 23, 2026 for service. All I wanted was a simple oil and filter change, and a tire rotation. The bad attitude and the unprofessional attitude of the person made me jump in my car and go to another dealership.

I hope my complete comment is shown: My 2019 Escalade was serviced on 1/28/26. Yesterday, 2/13/26, approximately 5:30 pm, I was driving uphill on Antonio Parkway. Another driver alongside, started non stop honking his horn at me, as in trying to tell me something was wrong. I was hesitant but rolled down the passenger side window. Appropriately yelling, he said my tire was loose and about to fall off!! I immediately became very nervous and upset but kept my cool. I quickly thanked him, he continued uphill. Putting on my hazard lights, I made a u-turn and slowly made my way downhill to Ortega Hwy and turned right at the stoplight. I drove until I got to Rancho Viejo Rd and turned into the shopping center. I called Allen Cadillac, Laguna Niguel and was transferred to someone who I explained my emergency to. I don’t remember his name but he was helpful and told me, do not drive the truck further, have the truck towed there, leave the keys in the drop box and they would handle the rest. I called AAA to have it towed there. Dunnivan’s Towing arrived shortly. I explained what happened to the tow truck driver. He thoroughly, checked out all 4 tires. At that point, said he did not see anything wrong!! He then decided to double check all tires. By jacking up the truck, he found out what was going on. He said the spare tire was loose and was about to come crashing off!! I was so very happy and relieved he found out what was going on. He said, a serious, dangerous accident could have occurred had the tire fell off in traffic!! The thought of it is appalling!! That said, WHO ALL worked on my truck, was responsible for double checking that the work done was safely completed that day and what is going to be done about it? It was quite a day yesterday but gratefully, I was able to finish some of my errands, and safely make it back home. I live and drive every day in a very hilly part of town. Having a safe truck to drive is why I pay for and have a maintenance agreement. I’m calling Allen Cadillac, Laguna Niguel to update the office and to hear what they have to say about it now.

This dealership completely wasted months of my time and held my money for a vehicle order that was never actually placed with GM. The worst part of the experience was dealing with Linda Sievers, the dealership’s Inventory Manager. If you value your time, avoid dealing with Linda entirely. Here is what happened. In November I placed a $1,000 deposit on a GMC Yukon Denali special order. I was told the typical delivery window was 90–180 days with many arriving closer to 90 days. What they failed to disclose is that the dealership did not even have allocation to order the vehicle. After weeks of asking for updates, Linda Sievers eventually explained that the dealership had only entered the order internally but it was NOT actually submitted to GM and was not in production. They took a deposit on a “special order” vehicle that was not even able to be ordered yet. Every follow-up after that was the same confusing runaround about “allocation,” “order cycles,” and “constraints.” Instead of taking responsibility for the situation, the responses were dismissive and unhelpful. Months later it got even worse. After continuing to wait, I was suddenly told that GM wasn’t building diesel Yukons at the time. Gmail - YUKON SPECIAL ORDER lin… So the dealership took a deposit for a configuration that wasn’t even being produced. At that point it became clear the dealership either: • does not understand how factory orders work, or • simply does not care if customers’ deposits sit there while nothing actually happens When I finally requested my $1,000 deposit refund, I had to escalate the issue and threaten a credit card dispute just to get the dealership to process it. Only then did management finally act. The entire experience was defined by: • misleading expectations during the sales process • months of wasted time • poor communication • and an inventory manager (Linda Sievers) whose approach to customers was dismissive and unprofessional. Buying a vehicle should not require constant follow-ups just to get basic answers. If you are considering ordering a vehicle from this dealership: Make sure they actually have allocation and can submit the order to GM immediately before giving them a deposit. And based on my experience: Avoid dealing with Linda Sievers if at all possible. There are plenty of GMC dealers in Southern California that treat customers far better. Take your business elsewhere.

Very smooth process . Walked in , sat me down and asked me questions of what I was looking for and actually listened to me . Pulled up the right vehicle for me and dropped it off at my home and also singed contracts at the same time . No waiting
