Don’t expect too much from the Service Center on your new vehicle. Repairs take longer than expected. The employees are nice, but they will not go out of their way to help if needed. Loaner cars are always d vehicle. Repairs take longer than expected. The employees are nice, but they will not go out of their way to help if needed. Loaner cars are always dirty and they don’t wash your vehicle after they return it. I purchased a Denali for over $100k and I’m getting service like I bought a $26k truck. More
