My service person was very helpful and informative. He explained everything that was going to be done. I received a call that an issue was found and gave a description of what was done to correct the problem. When I came to pickup my vehicle, my service person was in lunch. Paid my chargeable service work and left. While driving my vehicle, one of my complaints was still happening. Called my service person and he said to drive it for a least 100 miles to see if it clears up the issue. I was not happy my vehicle was fixed correctly but was happy with my service person for keeping me well informed. More
