First time to Hardin Buick GMC. The service advisor, Justin Vogel, is fantastic! I showed up without an appointment on a Saturday morning as I was out of town and had an issue with The service advisor, Justin Vogel, is fantastic! I showed up without an appointment on a Saturday morning as I was out of town and had an issue with my AC. He got me in and out in a few hours and followed up with me the entire time. Best service advisor I’ve had in 35 years of me owning a car. Top notch! More

After having a horrible experience at another dealership I came to Hardin GMC. Jeff Carey and Walt Cadman as well as the rest of the service team are always pleasant and professional.
