Fri 2/4: Had to order parts for repair; “I’ll call when they come in on Monday”. I called late Monday 2/7. “Yeah, they’re here I just got sidetracked and forgot to call you. “ Had he called as promised, we they come in on Monday”. Next available appt was OVER A WEEK later. No choice, since parts were in and paid for, so I took it.. Brought it in on time on 2/15 at 7:30, name was on board. Got a look like I was some sort of alien. Finally pulled up record, “OK, It’ll be ready in four hours.” I called at 2:30 (7 hrs later), “Almost done, give us an hour. I’ll call you.” Finally got a call at 4:15 to come get it “Remember, we close at 5:15.” Rushed out and got there at 5:00. Seems to work OK, but the whole experience was not up to the standard Hardin has set for the last 15 years I’ve been bringing my cars in. More
