Warranty Service Brought my 2017 All Terrain dbl cab 4x4 in for a slow coolant leak. Jesse and the tech found a high pressure leak right away. Messed up my svc tire monitor again. Hate it. Every time you rotate my tires you mess up my svc tire monitor. Then you charge me for what you messed up. So very wrong to do this to your customers. Jeff Carey, my service advisor, patiently listened to me describe the problem, translated it into something the technician could make sense of, and explained to me why and what might be wrong. As their tech diligently worked on fixing the problem, Jeff kept me appraised of the status of my vehicle. They even asked if they could keep the truck over night so they could check it from a “cold start” in the morning just to be sure everything was right. Thorough, friendly, and customer oriented. Past experience with Hardin’s service department was among the reasons I bought another GMC pickup from this dealership, and they didn’t disappoint. More
