Avoid this place at all costs! ! Cheng is the worst Sales Manager I’ve ever met! He actually said to my face, “ We try to be as honest as we can?” Unbelievable???? Bait and swit ! I purchased a 2020 civic brand new. The battery die, they told me to bring the car for a battery replacement. When i got there David from service department stated, he can't help me to bring it on monday. People needs to take more accountability knowing that Honda brand is very solid in the car industry. David was arrogant and rude, not even try to help or do something for me. To replaced a battery will not take a whole time. I stated i was willing to wait since that was my only day off!!. More
My Honda Accord would run at night, and be dead in the morning. The dash message per the owner's manual indicated it might be related to my air bag, and since I had had multiple factory recalls regarding morning. The dash message per the owner's manual indicated it might be related to my air bag, and since I had had multiple factory recalls regarding same, I brought it to Hardin Honda ... they had my vehicle for ONE MONTH, going from being told I simply needed an alternator, to then a new battery ... to a new computer part ... AND FINALLY BEING TOLD THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR. During this one month, I kept getting the feeling they were attempting to talk me into purchasing the loner they gave me after one week. (WARNING: CHECK ALL LONERS FOR DAMAGE ... THEY GAVE ME ONE WITH DAMAGE AND DID NOT NOTE IT ON THE PAPERWORK; I HAD TO BRING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION BEFORE TAKING CUSTODY; I HAVE NO DOUBT THEY WOULD HAVE HAD ME OWN THAT DAMAGE!). Once when I had not heard anything on the status of my car, they left me sitting on hold for over one hour, as I drove back from seeing patients in L.A., and when I finally left my one phone still on hold, and called them from another phone, I was told the repair department had all gone home!!!!! When I brought this to the repair manager's attention, I was merely told I should have never stayed on hold that long ----- I SHOULD HAVE HUNG UP AND CALLED BACK!!! FINALLY, after said one month, after being given a bill for over $3,000, I got my car back. HOWEVER ... my FINAL important warning: I STRONGLY advise you video record every single item working within your vehicle before handing it over to this establishment BECAUSE when I received my vehicle back, MULTIPLE items were no longer working including my sun roof, my two back windows, the lights on my dash, and my dome light; AND NOT TO FORGET my security remote device. I discovered this within 30 minutes of leaving the dealership and arriving home! When they said they did NOTHING to break those items on my vehicle (IMPLYING I WAS LYING), I filed a claim with the BBB and after an investigation, I was told Hardin Honda was issued a one and one-half page full of violations. They STILL REFUSED to take responsibility for all the items that they SOMEHOW ceased to have working on my vehicle while in their one month of custody. I had to pay over $700 for another mechanic to fix all those items Hardin Honda "TOUCHED" and still have another approximately $600-800 it will cost to fix my car so my remote works again ... (JUST GOT A Yelp pop up saying **this review is looking pretty epic! Nice!** ... REALLY???!!!!) Anyway ... I am a C.N.A., working in the medical community for almost 30 years ... I have made it a point to attempt to protect my family, friends, and all I work within the medical community with my experience with this lying, rip-off and HORRID dealership. I GIVE THIS BUSINESS ZERO STARS!!!!!!!! P.S. Honda Corporate in Torrance IS USELESS! They have absolutely no care whatsoever in customer satisfaction! NONE! More
