They have streamlined their whole process and made it VERY user friendly. Alan Salcedo greeted me in my car, checked my mileage and took pictures. He then told me to wait - it could be up to 1 1/2 hours. I got a notice from Alan in about 45 minutes that my car was ready. It was the quickest 1 1/2 hour I've EVER experienced - that even washed my car.

I received the worst service of my life — both in terms of the maintenance work and the treatment from the staff — including Service Agent Juan Ayala and Service Manager Alfredo Mejia at Hardin Honda. I own a 2019 Honda Accord Sport. On July 28, 2025, I dropped my car off at the Hardin Honda dealership service center around 7:45 AM to replace the evaporator. This repair requires removing and reinstalling the entire dashboard. I specifically chose the dealership so the dashboard would be reassembled to factory standards, and I paid $2,056.88 for the work. The part itself only costs a few hundred dollars — most of what I paid was for the labor involved in disassembling and reinstalling the dashboard. When I picked up my car at around 5:00 PM the same day, I immediately noticed the dashboard was not properly installed. There was a large gap between the dashboard and the windshield, and similar misalignments in other areas. I pointed this out to Juan Ayala. At first, he dismissed my concern, claiming “Honda builds their dashboards like that.” I was certain this was not true, so I compared my car with other Honda Accords at the dealership. After seeing the difference, Juan admitted there was indeed an excessive gap and told me to bring the car back the next day so they could fix it. On July 29, 2025, I returned with my car. Later that day, Juan informed me that they were unable to fix the issue. When I went back to inspect it myself, I found nothing had improved — the gaps were exactly the same. After arguing with Juan for several minutes, he finally gave me the contact information for the service manager, Alfredo Mejia. On July 30, 2025, I spoke with Alfredo. He was dismissive and unhelpful, stating outright that they could not fix the problem. I explained the amount I paid, what I expected, and why this level of workmanship was unacceptable, but he showed no concern or willingness to resolve it. This dealership provides terrible workmanship and customer service. The dashboard reassembly looks worse than what I would expect from a cheap mechanic shop, let alone a Honda dealership. If you care about your car and expect quality service, do not go to this dealership.

Norco was great, they had it ready for me, I’d alway prefer a nice detail on the wash but the car was as advertised. Exoress pick up was about 40 minutes only because I got there right when they opened otherwise great experience.

Highly recommend this dealership. Negotiated the price and closed the deal for a 2026 HRV EXL on internet with Steve Dababneh. He was both transparent and upfront. When we went to the dealership a couple of days later, the vehicle had already sold. He went ahead and honored the same discount (7% under msrp) for a 2027 HRV EXL. The vehicle had some add-ons that I hadn’t agreed to on previous vehicle, so they were included free of charge. I’ve purchased many vehicles and dealt with many dealerships in the past and have rarely found one the the amount of integrity as Norm Reeves West Covina.

We had an appointment with Javier. Had to meet with a different person, Robert, AND the car was not ready. Bait and switch tactics, told lies about the car (thank goodness for CARFAX), there was a HARD push on a more expensive car and a lease. Only gave one key, promised the other one, but it has been seven weeks and I am still waiting. Previously I had purchased a Honda from Diamond Honda - and it was a beautiful experience. I truly wish I had gone back there.

Words cannot fully express how incredible my experience was with Mo Elsherbiny at Norm Reeves Honda Irvine. I recently bought a Honda HR-V from him, and he completely blew me away with his professionalism. Our process took about two months, and throughout the entire time, Mo went above and beyond to stay in touch. He personally inspected vehicles as they landed at the dealership, and if he felt a car wasn't absolutely perfect for me, he would tell me immediately. His level of honesty and integrity is incredibly rare in this industry. Mo is a true professional who genuinely cares about his clients' happiness, completely rejecting the typical "quick sale" mentality. He transformed what is usually a stressful process into something completely seamless, easy, and enjoyable. I am a customer for life and cannot recommend Mo highly enough!

This dealership is professionally run! Nice to find such a place. Today I serviced my 2026 Honda there for the first time and they exceeded all of my expectations. They provided maintenance services at no fee that I’d planned on paying for and everyone that I dealt with in person where very helpful and professional. I had the pleasure of meeting the service manager Danial Hagar who gladly welcomed me into his office and was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. My service advisor John Goehle was great. His prompt responses, high degree of professionalism, helpful nature, and long experience were like a breath of fresh air in today’s environment. Internal service advisor Alex Hernandez was also very helpful on my initial drop-off visit, helping me get everything ready for my upcoming appointment. The front desk sales receptionist was also very polite, outgoing, and kind. On the day that I dropped my car off, I had the opportunity to see inside of their service garage area. It’s very clean, orderly, modern, large, and well equipped (with many professional grade car lifts of various types). The service garage just had an overall clean, orderly, and professional feel to it which gave me confidence. I also really liked their online service department appointment scheduling website as it allows the customer to choose exactly what services are wanted, choose the products to be used, and see the exact total cost for all chosen services in advance. Plus there is the opportunity to write specific notes and requests to the service advisor in advance (thus minimizing any confusion). I haven’t purchased a vehicle from this dealership, but after experiencing their service department (and after seeing their sales area and sales staff from a distance), I wouldn’t hesitate at all to also buy a car from here. This was by far the easiest and absolute best car buying experience I've ever had. I usually dread visiting car lots and being chased around by dealers, or even worse being ignored because I'm not dressed sharp enough! (I'm talking about you cerritos nissan!) Well this was much different, we got to browse the cars on our own and when we were ready, we were warmly greeted by Frank, our salesman. He pointed out all the great features on the Civic we were considering and then we took it on a test drive. He never tried to talk us into a more expensive model, or adding a bunch of extras, he just let us get the model we wanted and gave us a great price we couldn't refuse. When it came to the paper work, it was smooth sailing and their financing even beat our credit unions interest rate. We were then sent to Art who patiently explained our contracts and additional warranty coverage, and got to watch us sign all of our official documents. He never made us feel like big idiots if we didn't consider additional coverage. (I'm talking to you again cerritos nissan!) We were also congratulated many times by various sales people, including Richard the sales manager. This is a dealership who knows the Honda name sales itself and won't try to pressure you in any way. Therefore I highly recommend Community Honda of Whittier! You rock!!!
