Started out good, but the deal was rushed, and misinformed Jeff in the finance department pretty much took care of the whole deal start to finish. Jason the sales guy pretty much had an easy deal handed to him. Least he could have done was inform of all the options and capabilities of my brand new 50k dollar truck. I specifically asked him if it had Navigation, and was told it had turn by tun SYNC through my phone, which I dont recommend it's terrible. After looking through my owners manual it turns out that my vehicle is capable of Navigation I'm just missing the SD card with the maps downloaded on it. "A thousand dollar option" Really? I spent a lot of money for all the bells and whistles, do you really think I would want a bad xxx touch screen radio that only works to half of its abilities? It's to bad cause I definitely would have purchased the upgrade. I'm in the business as well in fact I purchase a lot of parts from family Ford, or at least I used to.... This level of customer service is unacceptable, Ill be taking my business to Auto Nation from this point forward. More

Billy was helpful in narrowing down the truck package and Jason took over to help find what we wanted. Jason searched and finally found what we wanted. They found what we wanted at another dealer and got it for us. However, I was very disappointed in the cleaning/detailing. The windows were smeared and transport glue was still on the truck as well as the windshield. Parts for the bed were still in the back floorboard and a bolt for something was left in the media hub on the console. The detail guys need to pay more attention to (Details) as I would rather wait another hour than have to return again to have it redone. Seemed to be rushed because they were fixing to be off than staying and ensuring that the vehicle was delivered flawless as far as cleanliness. Would have also waited to have the PDI done so the extra or uninstalled parts could have been addressed. I realize this may be an exception due to the truck being brought from elsewhere, however, I did return the next day (taking off from work early) to get it detailed and was not impressed. Because of our sales personnel being busy with other customers, we were not given a walk through on the features of the truck. However, we used the owners manual and spent 1 and 1/2 hours in the driveway setting all the bells and whistles to our phones, memory settings etc... The truck is fully loaded minus only one option (360) camera. I recommend having a few more sales people to be available for this whether you purchase a car at 0900 or at 1700. Just a thought as if it is busy you should still cater to the customer needs and questions even after you have been paid. Still waiting on an appointment to get a trim piece replaced and front windows tinted, and the spray in bedliner done. purchase date was sep 12th and delivery was the 15th. Will rewrite the review once all is completed. More
