Made the deal happen I worked with BIll Cooney on finding the perfect, new Colorado and he came through for me. Excellent Customer Service I took my Cruze in for a routine oil check and had them check a few other issues I had been having with the car. The Service Specialist Jeremy greeted I took my Cruze in for a routine oil check and had them check a few other issues I had been having with the car. The Service Specialist Jeremy greeted me right away and paid careful attention to what I was saying was wrong with the vehicle. The service department was busy when I dropped off the car but they have a very comfortable waiting area and I was able to get some homework done while I waited. Once they had inspected my car, Jeremy found me and thoroughly explained what issues they found and their recommendations. He even waited patiently while I called my husband and he himself explained the problems. Even though we didn't end up going with the dealership to fix the repairs, Jeremy was extremely professional when I refused the services and only wanted my oil changed. He didn't try and force any unwanted maintenance on me or try and sell me parts. I would highly recommend this service department and Jeremy in particular! More
