Terrible Experience With Service Department! Hare does a great volume business, but, it appears the integrity and infrastructure are not in place to handle repairs in a professional, honest manne Hare does a great volume business, but, it appears the integrity and infrastructure are not in place to handle repairs in a professional, honest manner. I experienced repeated problems. When the vehicle was taken into Hare for service, upon exit, there was always something that did not work that was working when the care was brought in. What was so ridiculous is that the service technicians robotically stated "it is not our fault," whatever the problem. But they at the same time stated that their behaviors caused certain problems. To top it off, I heard the technicians state their "confusion" regarding how to get a sensor light turned off. This prompted me to ask the service manager on duty if the technicians were ASE Certified. I was told several times that the technicians were ASE Certified, but I am not convinced. My concern grew when reporting to other dealerships and auto repair shops, that, without having my VIN number or any other information, named Hare Chevrolet as the place where I had to have been. When I met with the general manager to make him aware of my concerns, the robotic response, "it's not our fault, " started. One more troubling concern was that when I was making a complaint to the service desk check-out, it was made painfully clear just how dissatisfied I was with the Hare Chevrolet service department, they printed out my receipt which noted that I was "Completely Satisfied!" More deception! More

I was pleasantly surprised once got greeted at Hare Chevrolet by Brianna Anderson. She was very welcoming, friendly and polite. She informed me that Hare would be able to help me because they have strong relationships with the banks. She listened to me and realized what I needed. She suggested a Honda Civic because it was affordable. I took it for a test drive and when I got back I was pleasantly surprised, I got approved.
