Looking for a car hoping to buy. I was very down when I arrived at your dealership. I had bad experiences at several dealerships and figured I would not be leaving with a car. I was pleasantly surprised once got greeted at Hare Chevrolet by Brianna Anderson. She was very welcoming, friendly and polite. She informed me that Hare would be able to help me because they have strong relationships with the banks. She listened to me and realized what I needed. She suggested a Honda Civic because it was affordable. I took it for a test drive and when I got back I was pleasantly surprised, I got approved. Brianna made the entire process easy and very very pleasant. She is a wonderful sales person and very professional. I would definitely recommend Hare Chevrolet because Brianna Anderson. This team was not customer focused The team I had was not really concerned about getting me back on the road in my vehicle, just out of there hair.I was treated with no compassion or re The team I had was not really concerned about getting me back on the road in my vehicle, just out of there hair.I was treated with no compassion or respect. They did not want to listen to me or my opinion about what was wrong with my car and blew my off when I was trying to make them understand my concern. Then to add to add insult to my injury after being asked to pay for things that didn't even fix my car after bring my car in for the third time for the same problem. They did not make sure I was satisfied to the the best of there ability. Now in the the end I had to get with my sales manger Mike Tallman and take him away from his duties to help me with my problem. Mike was so helpful and showed me so much compassion for my problem. He gave me a new team headed by Jim and he so awesome and compassionate about my problem. But for Brittany and Shawn and pray they learn how to treat every customer as if they were helping them keep a roof over there head and there happy to be of service to them. Denise Exford More
