just bad overall I had the worst experience with this dealership. I worked with grant and he was extremely unknowledgeable with every question I asked him. When certain features of the car didn't work he replied with 'well it's a used vehicle'.. Not the right answer, especially if it's still under warranty. Also, he assured me that the scratches on the side of my vehicle would be removed by their service station and now here I am a month later, I purchased the car, and the scratches are still there. The buying process was a nightmare, I sat for well over an hour with him trying to get me approved for a better rate than I received from my bank, which he was unsuccessful at doing. I would never buy a car or refer anyone to this dealer. I brought my boyfriends mom with me who is a very experienced car buyer and she said she had never had such a difficult and unsatisfying car buying experience. He did not deserve the commission he received because he was more of a hassle than a help. Had I not wanted this car so bad I would have never given them my business. words cannot describe how pissed off I am at this dealer and sales person. I purchased a ford and he told me that more than likely nobody else would know the answers to my questions either because it's not a ford dealer.. If you're going to be that ignorant then don't sell fords.. Or don't work at a car dealership. I hate being the xxxxxxx who writes a bad review but this experience still upsets me and I am astonished by the poor service at such an irritatingly vocal and radio prone dealer. This dealer is not a 'dealer for the people'. They're just a pain in the xxx. More

We were already so bogged down from dealing with the other dealership that we didn't really anticipate getting a car from Hare. Our salesmen, Brian Eybel., was such a great guy to work with. He was very understanding and he treated us like he really cared about getting us into a car. He also explained the concept of leasing a car to us. We were under the impression that leasing was just like "renting." As first time car buyers, Brian took the time to go through step-by-step the prices and where we were at the approval process. He didn't push cars on us and he made sure that we let him know exactly what we wanted. He didn't put us in five different like the first dealership, only to get our hopes up of getting each car. Even with a below average credit score, Brian was able to lease us a brand new car at an affordable monthly payment. Brian continued to collaborate with us, even days after the sale was complete. He truly cares about his customers and we are grateful to have met him and to have leased a car through Hare Chevrolet. More

Treated Like My Business and I Mattered My salesman was Brian Eybel. When I first contacted Hare Chevrolet I let Brian know about my credit situation and said that if this was not worth his My salesman was Brian Eybel. I respected his time and didn't want him to waste any of it on me if this was futile. He said hang on, and came back in 10 minutes with a plan. He said he would find me a car and to sit tight, that he would give me a call when he found the right vehicle for me. I said ok thinking to myself as I walked out the door that I wouldn't get my hopes up. However, a week went by and Brian sends me a text saying he found a car! A 2010 Chev Impala, dark gray, tinted windows, with tolerable mileage. I test drove it, pointed a couple things out that I thought needed to be looked at, Brian said ok and that was that! Looks like I was the new and proud owner of this car. Woohoo! So after having the car for 5 days, I brought the car in to be serviced on those couple things I pointed out. Whereas it took much longer than originally quoted, and one thing led to another issue, Hare Chevrolet fixed ALL the issues and one new one for FREE and gave me a rental car for the weekend! Together with my salesman, and the service specialist Shawn McBroom, I am now back on the road with MY (new) car and I really can't say enough about how awesome I was treated! Not only will they get all of my business, it's time to put the word out there to everyone I know to bring their cars to Hare. Thank you again - very much appreciated!! More

Pleasant experience all around - sales and service! I have purchased from Hare and Wayne Gainey before and have been really pleased. So when Hare called me about my miles on my lease, I made the appoin I have purchased from Hare and Wayne Gainey before and have been really pleased. So when Hare called me about my miles on my lease, I made the appointment to go in and chat, fully intending to walk away if it was not beneficial for me to trade right now. WELL, if Wayne says he can get it done, he gets it done. I was not in love with the car he had me drive (2015 Malibu in GOLD) nothing wrong with the car, but didn't care for the color! Wayne is so in-tune with his customers, that he knew I wouldn't go for the gold one and had another one (dark grey w/ a sunroof) at the ready! He got the job done and kept me within $5 of my last payment! The day after I purchased my new car, I ordered some locking lug nuts and went to have a friend install them only to find that this car does not come with a spare tire or a tire iron! After my dismay since I had never even considered this a possibility, I went and had Hare install the lug nuts for me! Must add, that Jeremy in the service department is awesome as well!!!! Overall, great experience! More
