Jeremy Smith was my service agent at Here and helped explain why this was a problem, and what should have been done for my car to have been certified by the other dealership. He gave me a loaner and helped with patience while I worked with the other dealer and Chevy to get a resolution, and never put any pressure on me to just pay for the repairs out of pocket when it had bumper to bumper coverage. Prior to moving to Texas I had ALWAYS (last 20 years) gone to Hare for service, and bought several cars there. Now that I am back in Indiana they continue to have professional, caring staff, who are knowledgeable, and honest. I will continue to go there for my auto needs. There continued excellence for customer service in all departments is still outstanding!!! More

Awesome Customer Service I bought my car from Hare and had the wonderful experience promised in their advertising. I have purchased cars from 5 different dealerships in my lif I bought my car from Hare and had the wonderful experience promised in their advertising. I have purchased cars from 5 different dealerships in my life and this was the best one ever. Great customer service on the sales team and in the service department. The only complaint I have is that Hare is so popular that making your service appointment online does not guarantee speedy service. Waiting over an hour for an oil change is frustrating...especially when there is place less than a mile away that does all the same stuff, on a walk in basis, in less than half the time. The friendly staff almost makes it feel worth the wait. :) More

Bought 2 vehicles with good first deal and poor second. We got a great deal on a 2015 Chevy Malibu LT for my fiancé. So great that I reached back out to the salesman to trade my 2013 Silverado in a finance We got a great deal on a 2015 Chevy Malibu LT for my fiancé. So great that I reached back out to the salesman to trade my 2013 Silverado in a finance for a 2015 Silverado to lease. He got me into the new truck but handled the sale poorly. I would give five stars but when negotiating the monthly rate on the new truck he stated "You guys killed us so much on the firs deal so I told them to go for the $590 a month." The deal was to lease the 2015 truck and everyone knows that leases are never that high. I got it for $430 a month only because I wanted the new truck so bad. He purposely came with an offer higher because of the deal we got on the Malibu. I thought he would appreciate me coming back to him to give him another deal but instead he tried to broker and unreal deal and make me pay more for the lease than I should be doing. I will not recommend anyone to the salesman or dealership because of this. He got me into the new truck but for a monthly rate I know should have been lower. He didn't appreciate me trying to give him a second deal. More
