Every time my wife or I go here our issues are quickly taken care of and we are kept "in the loop" all throughout the process. I've been here for oil changes, engine work, paint repair, pretty much everything and they make it the most painless process I've ever experienced. I really can't say enough about how well this service department and body shop have gone above and beyond to make sure that I have been taken care of. Not once here have I felt like the financial gain of the dealership is the priority, which is a refreshing experience. I wish that I could put into words how exceptional my experience with them has been. They are a business run by good people with good principles, the kind of place where a handshake still means something and I'll be a customer for life. More

I explained I didn't expect special treatment but my husband has had a stroke and his patience is limited. Tyler said he understood. In less than40 minutes we were on our way to lunch. Everyone was very polite and thoughtful. Tyler had a gentleman pull our car right uptothedoor. They all made us feel very comfortable. Wait, she ISN'T a sales person? Hold up. I just bought a car. The exact car I wanted. I found it online, sent it to my sales person, Cate, and came in and got the terms and paymen Hold up. What sort of a Twilight Zone am I living in? This appears to be the status quo for Hare Chevy. But then......... Cate isn't even a salesperson? Are you kidding me? The way she carried herself, and the precision with which she moved through the sales process??? Unbelievable. It turns out she is support staff for Wayne, and he had to go home with a massive migraine. Hope he feels better, but he needn't worry. His sales clients are in safe, and capable hands. I only have one complaint, and it's not about Cate, or the sale in particular. And when I sent it to her, she was all over it, even on her day off. I hope to not have to buy another car anytime soon, but if I do, it will be from Hare, and Cate. PS. She SHOULD be a sales person. get on that Hare. More

I got the bug late last year and decided to go forward, contacting several Chevy dealers in Central Indiana. Hare and Wayne were the ones who could be me what I wanted in a reasonable timeframe. From the day we sat down and Wayne took me through selecting the appropriate options, entering the order and the constant tracking and updates he provided, I was able to follow my order from allocation to build. He also encouraged selecting the option to have the car delivered to me at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, which I am doing in the next two weeks.
