Two Chevy's. Two failed repairs. Ripped off, twice. Two Chevy's. Two failed repairs. Avalanche fuel sensor repair failure twice: The initial repair ($355) failed...then the subsequent repair (no cha Two Chevy's. Two failed repairs. Avalanche fuel sensor repair failure twice: The initial repair ($355) failed...then the subsequent repair (no charge by Hare) failed again. Left me with a significant fuel leak on the road in TN. I was able to make it back home to IN where Hare offered to replace the sensor again (at half price). I was unwilling to pay even half price for a third repair attempt. I went to a local reputable repair facility (not a dealer) for a final satisfactory repair (cost me $350)…no problems since. As a matter of fact, the sensor had not failed again like Hare told me…it just popped out of the top of the tank. But, Hare wanted to replace the sensor (for the third time) and charge me again. Suburban electrical issue (had to jumpstart, flashing dome lights, clicking sound in driver door): Hare Service told my wife that is was a battery cable problem. Battery cables? Never heard of a problem with cables. But, $362 later, we had new cables. Subsequently left my wife stranded. Twice. Took it back to Hare. Hare could not duplicate the problem. Went to another repair facility for diagnosis. Simple: One dead cell in the battery. Replaced battery. No problems since. Two Chevy's. Two failed repairs. Deliberately deceived my wife. I attempted to contact all the managers with whom I dealt, the customer service department, and both owners of Hare via email. They have made no effort to respond or make this right. I have contacted Chevrolet directly. They have agreed that I was ripped off and have agreed to reimburse me for the Suburban repairs directly. The Avalanche is too old (2007), they say for reimbursement. More
Corbin is the best I absolutely love Hare Chevrolet. Your radio commercials "the sisters of savings" is what motivated me to drive to Noblesville. I met Corbin when I go I absolutely love Hare Chevrolet. Your radio commercials "the sisters of savings" is what motivated me to drive to Noblesville. I met Corbin when I got there with my friend. He was personable, and really listened to what I wanted in a car. He was very persistent in finding me the best deal. I was able to take my Cruze home for a few days and see how I liked it. Even when I wasn't too sure if I was going to buy the car, Corbin wasn't pushy at all. He told me about the deal he was made and let me decide from there. After I bought the car he help me set up my on star and xm radio. Corbin was absolutely awesome and I have recommended him and the dealership to a few friends who are looking to buy a car! Unbelievable let down! We are the owners of multiple Chevrolet vehicles, and recently moved near Hare. We began bringing our vehicles in for oil changes, and service. We had one needed repair, and paid over $1000. 2 days later, the car started to smell hot, we took it back and they claimed there was a needed repair that was covered under warranty. We thought it odd that they didn't notice a leak the first time, but allowed them to fix it. The smell never went away, so 2 days later, we called again and took it in only to be told there was an additional $500 repair needed "right next" to the previous repair. We were told there were puddles under our car. There were NO spots in our garage or on our driveway. Again, this problem didn't exist before we took it in the first time! Either they are creating needed repairs, are not telling the truth when they say something is fixed, or they do very shoddy work. They "discounted" the price for repair, but we felt that we shouldn't have had to pay anything. We are ready to purchase a new vehicle, but will NEVER return to Hare for anything. We feel that we were "had". With all of this said, we do not fault our customer service person, Jeremy Smith, he seemed very caught in the middle. More

Use car shopping I had been looking for a vehicle for our daughter. Stumbled upon an "internet special" at Hare. Met up with Corbin Richards on a nasty rainy day. After minimal negociation , we struck a deal. Corbin was very helpful and pleasant through the whole process. It was a pretty quick cash buy so I didn't work with too many other folks. However, it was a great experience and I would go back to Hare again if shopping for a new or used vehicle. More

My memorable experience buying a 2014 Corvette I was totally satisfied with my buying experience at Hare Chevrolet. Corbin made it so much more than that; he made it an occasion, and an experience, one that I will always remember.
