We had pretty much made up our minds to go back to the first dealership that we had visited that day. We stopped into Hare just to cross it off our list; we had no plans on purchasing a Chevy. The first person to greet us at the door was our Sales Specialist, Corbin Richards. Although it was the coldest day of the year and the daylight was coming to an end, he was very friendly and welcoming. He asked us what we were looking for and immediately tried to find us a car that had exactly what we wanted and nothing more. He was knowledgable about financing/leasing and about the cars he sold. He was honest and transparent; we knew exactly what we were getting and for how much. After the test drive and our time with him, we knew we wanted to buy from Hare. Thank you Corbin and we will see you again in a few years when we need another vehicle! More

A great shop ...now how to get to the next level? I had not been to the dealership in a while, but know they have a good reputation, and are close by. I went for an oil change and to have a look aroun I had not been to the dealership in a while, but know they have a good reputation, and are close by. I went for an oil change and to have a look around .. it was about -5F outside. I spoke to Jeff, who was knowledgeable and had 1-2 options in the Used Car selections that I had looked at online. We braved the temps and went for a look see. ...It was cold .... I left Jeff my contact info and my price-range, financial overview..we agreed to get back in touch when you can actually move around outside....looking forward to that. On the service side -- ironically my battery decided to die, AFTER I had pulled it in the garage ...I had not had an issue with it, but it was 3-4 years old and had been out in the -F environment... Tony gave me the news after they had completed the oil change a little pricey at 37.44 with tax etc. but a fair deal...they had to jump the car, tested it and printed out the result. GM 27 point inspection was done ... but there is no list of what 27 points they checked... Fluids topped-off, but no list of what fluids they topped-off, or noted that no fluids needed to be topped off.... Maybe picky, but this is what will make a very good garage experience a GREAT experience ...and they are so close.... I was offered a GM battery at 150.00 ..but that just did not feel right...it was not their fault the battery decided to end it's life...just bad timing ... AN option would be to have some reconditioned batteries available to put in on discussion with the serviced client....yes there are so many types of batteries ....but if I wanted to trade the car that day or today, why would I want to spend 150 on a new battery? ... I did mention I was in the service department ... a call to see who I was with and a short discussion ... could lead to other options. I believe the staff was honest and fair ...sometimes the last miles to a really great experience ..are the most difficult...but offer the greatest rewards. More

Excellent I have dealt with Hare for the last 3 car purchases. The most recent experience was much better than my previous (not by Hare's fault). By 70,000, I had over $5,000 in repair bills for it with another $7,500 on the way due to the first owners lack of upkeep. Needless to say, I was less than pleased with that purchase. I talked with Chris Parker and he let me know about the deals they had on new cars. Not only did he get me in a brand new, reliable, and amazing Impala, they got me out of my used disaster without me taking a huge hit on negative equity. Everyone I dealt with was sincere and apologetic on the previous purchase and treated me very well. I will definitely be back in the future. More

I have been in sales and customer service for over 25 years and I refuse to give my business to anyone who gives poor customer service and acts like I have no other option. I spent a week working with another dealership and my frustration level was over the top. Pretty much decided to keep the car I had due to the fact I was upside down and the other dealership could not put me in a car I wanted with the options I wanted for the price range I needed. That same day I was referred to Wayne Gainey by my uncle who has been in the car business for many years. I decided to call Wayne and give it one last ditch effort to get rid of my vehicle that was costing me an arm & a leg to maintain. I had a 10 min phone conversation with Wayne and told him what my situation was and what I was looking for. We set up a time later that day to get together at the dealership. Within 2 hours Wayne had me in a car with all the options I requested and the right payment range I was seeking. It was by far THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have EVER had. I did not feel like I was being "sold to" or taken advantage of. I noticed Wayne business card which read Wayne Gainey Solution Specialist. That is EXACTLY what he was! He took my situation and found the best solution for my situation. He is OUTSTANDING! Personable, listened to what I wanted, quick and efficient. Did not waste my time! I would recommend him to everyone who is looking for a car. Was so pleased my fiance ended up buying a truck from him that night too! His assistant Courtney was great. She kept things moving forward while Wayne worked on the numbers and finding the right vehicle. She set up the blue tooth for my phone and walked me through my On Star functions. To top it off she also stood out in the cold snowy weather and took my plate off my car and put it on my new car while I sat in my new warm car with my heated seat on! Lastly I must add how impressed I was with Vince who is very knowledgeable and made the financing paperwork simple and easy to understand. Outstanding customer service from beginning to end!
