I came in on Saturday 12-20-2014 and explained my situation and Marvin listen and immediately got approved for my 2005 Chevy Trailblazer. Even though we had a little snag with the down payment, Marvin did everything in his powers to try and get me in the truck Saturday and to be able to drive it home. I had to come back tonight and was in and out within 30 minutes of arrival because Marvin had all the remaining paperwork ready for my signature. My first ever positive buying experience I was in search of a vehicle and have never had a positive buying experience. I've been taken advantage of from big dealerships so often that I've res I was in search of a vehicle and have never had a positive buying experience. I've been taken advantage of from big dealerships so often that I've resorted to using "buy here pay here" because of this fact. Sales people using my lack of knowledge and less than perfect credit rating to push the vehicle that best suited their sales needs. I received a couple of e-mails from Harold Donahue stating his interest in helping me find a vehicle that would suit my needs. Upon meeting Mr. Donahue, he was friendly and very up front with me. He explained to me that because of my credit history and my choice in vehicle it would be a challenge but he would work on it until I was satisfied. He didn't let me down. He and Mike Tallman worked hard to get a package put together that fit everyone's needs. They also explained the process to me as they went through it to put my mind at ease that I wasn't being taken advantage of. I've bought many new vehicles over the last 25 years, Mr. Donahue and Mr. Tallman have given me my first positive buying experience. They've also explained to me how I need to treat my next purchase (which is planned within the next 6 months ).
