horrible experience Finance team was offensive and disrespectful, treated me horrible. I went to Hare because of commercial on TV, but the staff there were not friendly Finance team was offensive and disrespectful, treated me horrible. I went to Hare because of commercial on TV, but the staff there were not friendly or inviting. One man called me "you people". I have had car for 2 weeks and brakes are bad!!, I will never refer anyone to Hare!!! This experience gets worse, store manager called and I took car in to get brakes and seat belt checked. Danielle, finance manager says nothing is wrong with seat belt or brakes, she says in a condescending way" it is normal for brakes to squeak and having no elasticity in seat belt is not a problem" She then asked for more paperwork that they should have told me about before car was bought not 3 weeks later. I called Chris back and no response. This car experience just gets more bizarre daily. The customer service at Hare is non existing!!! More
