Dodge Durango Auto Repair We purchased our Durango from Hare Chevrolet in 2012. Recently, we had an extremely unusual repair situation (I won't go into all of the details) and it was a difficult problem for both myself Hare Chevrolet. Long story short, the people of Hare Chevrolet are simply outstanding!! Hare has used the "Dealer for the people" slogan for some time now. Consumers often find out (when working with other companies) that those type of statements are nothing more than empty marketing words. It is refreshing to find a company that truly means what they say! Their response to our situation is a direct reflection upon the character, ethics, and loyalty/gratitude they show their customers...! More

checked out entire vehicle for winter, oil change, new tires John Pence, and (Brian) was the mechanic, they are EXCELLENT !!!! They are the 0nly ones I want working on my Suburban, John Pence always takes down exactly what I need done and tells his mechanic Brian and together I feel I get A-1 Service at Hares Chevrolet in Noblesville. They communicate to my Mother who takes my vehicle in for me so I do not have to miss work. They are open and honest with her and tell her up front what needs to be done at the time she is there. We appreciate the honesty and great service we get. I am totally satisfied with my new tires and new rims they put on and my older suburban runs better than ever now. I keep my 1999 Suburban maintenance up because I do not want a truck payment so I rely on John Pence and his mechanic (Brian) to keep it up and running for me. I would not trust any other dealership or anyone else to work on my truck!! I would certainly recommend Hares to anyone and everyone I talk to!! "NEW" USED VEHICLE PURCHASE After weeks of debate, my mother and I got serious about looking for a 'new' used vehicle. We knew pretty much what we were looking for and I began an exhaustive search online for a vehicle that would meet our requirements. We found three vehicles within central Indiana that we decided to check out. Our first/last/only stop was Hare Chevrolet! Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Darrell Lee, who located the vehicle we had come to see. Darrell was very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable, as were his assistant, Melissa Barnhart and the finance representative, Michael Higgins. They all took the time to answer our many questions and were very willing to take the time to explain anything we questioned. We drove away from Hare Chevrolet thrilled with both our 'new' used vehicle and the people who helped us! Thank you for taking the worry out of our experience! More

My horrible experience Starting off, I called Hare Chevrolet even though I was told customer service was not as friendly as I was told. I told them how much I owed on the ve Starting off, I called Hare Chevrolet even though I was told customer service was not as friendly as I was told. I told them how much I owed on the vehicle over all. I spoke with bri on the phone, she told me to have my car towed before my appointment. I also told her the transmission went out, and how much it cost to fix it. Bri said they could help me because they are running all kinds of specials. After leaving work early, having to find a ride and going through 4 different tow truck companies, I towed my car which was $106.00 out of pocket. I left work and found a way to hare Chevrolet, which took 45 minutes from my job due to traffic. Upon arriving my head was exploding my car had been down for 1 week. I was hoping from my conversation with Bri that I could be helped. I checked in with Bri who sent me with a young man. After being left at different time unattended and no personal eye contact I asked the young man how long he had been employed there. He told me he worked here for 6 months. He left me again and said it will take 15 min. I told him I would wait in the car with the person who brought me. After sitting in the hot sun for 20 min a young man said there is nothing we can do for you. There was another dealer standing on the lot and asked the young man did he try new rental cars and the young man said Oh, I didn’t think about that. So the young man went back in the dealership I can go on and on but to make a long story short after going through 4 different tow companies and having to come out of my pocket $106, this dealership has poor customer service skills and I would never recommend anyone. Now I have an escalated migraine trying to figure out where to tow my car next after such poor service. Had I been told honestly over the phone could have used the $106.00 for a rental car while I was trying to come up with another solution and now I have come up with another to tow my car off their lot $106. I will never recommend anyone to hare Chevrolet. More
