Hare Chevrolet is the best dealership in town I have bought 4 vehicles from Brian Eybel in the past 2 years and refered 3 other people to Brian. I just recently purchased a 2014 silverado crew cab and it is the best vehicle I have ever bought. Once again Brian had made my experience the best possible, he gave me the best deal with the best customer service. Second time buyer with Hare Chevy this is the second time my husband and I have purchased a vehicle from Hare Chevrolet, and this will continue to be the only place we purchase our veh this is the second time my husband and I have purchased a vehicle from Hare Chevrolet, and this will continue to be the only place we purchase our vehicle. Moose Benli is absolutely wonderful, you couldn't ask for a better man. He is courteous, and friendly and wants to make you feel welcomed. Moose will put you in a vehicle with no doubt, I just can't say enough about this man. Hare is lucky to have him on their team that is for sure. I love my 2014 TraVerse, thank you Moose for making it happen for me. I also want to thank Alle, you are adorable, and very smart with the whole technology part that we old fashion ones just can't seem to grasp. Alle not only went over the features step by step, but wanted to make sure before we left the lot we were comfortable on how to use things. Corbin was genuine and extremely helpful in getting me in to the car that I wanted, the new 2014 Impala. There were some hiccups on my end when it came to financing, but Corbin and his crew made it a mission to get me the car that I wanted at the price I wanted. I could't of had a better experience. Todd Kirkpatrick IS the man, Hare IS the dealership I am still wondering if Todd Kirkpatrick could be an angel in disguise. Todd and the entire staff at Hare Chevrolet gave me an AWESOME new vehicle pur I am still wondering if Todd Kirkpatrick could be an angel in disguise. Todd and the entire staff at Hare Chevrolet gave me an AWESOME new vehicle purchase experience. Having bought vehicles for some 40 years now, this is the first time I experienced the JOY of buying a vehicle. Yes, I did say joy. Everyone bent over backwards to make me happy and to make the deal come together. The people at Hare Chevrolet DELIVER. Their word is golden and true. There is no other person than Todd whom I would want to buy a vehicle from nor no other dealership than Hare whom I would want to deal with. I had visited two other dealerships for securing new pricing and a trade in value on my old truck. The other dealers offers for my trade in were a BAD joke. I came to and bought from Hare Chevrolet because of the very FAIR trade in value they gave me on my older truck. My story could almost be a soap opera for tv. Read on for my purchase experience. On Friday morning February 28, 2014, Todd located the exact truck I desired to buy which was at the Dellen Automotive Group in Greenfield, Indiana. They agreed to a dealer transfer and I signed all the paper work to complete the deal that morning. 4 days later, Dellen Automotive renigged on transferring the vehichle to Hare. Todd and the staff at Hare went near xxxx and back to keep my deal moving forward. They ended up ordering a new truck for me. Because the GM rebates I used were only available in February, when Dellen renigged on the deal, it COST Hare thousands of dollars to keep my deal moving forward. Hare and Todd NEVER even asked me for a penny more than our original deal from February. Long story short, now April 28, 2014 and two months later, Hare delivered my new truck to me. GUESS What? It is the exact same truck that was pledged to me from the unethical Dellen Automotive Group from back in February. Do one thing for yourself. Learn from my experience and DO NOT waste your time, nor your money with other dishonest and unethical dealers. JUST go to Hare and buy fromTODD. Return trips same issue It is frustrating to bring a vehicle in to have an issue taken care of and to not have that issue thoroughly checked out. I had another coolant leak w It is frustrating to bring a vehicle in to have an issue taken care of and to not have that issue thoroughly checked out. I had another coolant leak which had a cap recall ,and only it was replaced. ( has been in multiple times where the motor was pulled and radiator replace by Stanley dealer already) I don't feel it was thoroughly checked to see if this was the actual problem / only problem because it was leaking again the next day. I work in Greenfield and continue to bring my vehicle to Noblesville where it was purchased largely due to the rapport I have with Travis and his dedication to good service. It is very costly to me to have to make 2 trips, (4 round trips ) to get an issue resolved. Over all I am very unhappy with the performance and mechanics of this truck and am not likely to purchase another. Travis has handled my frustrations well by giving me as much information as possible and working with my hectic schedule I still have an unresolved vibration issue which is deemed "normal" ???? (Beam Shake??? Beam stiffeners needed???) I have been offered a buy back option however at the time, a 25% hit on returning the truck was not a financial hit I was willing to take. I will definitely be shopping other manufacturers before purchasing my 5th Chevy truck or additional company vehicles. More
