My husband and I would like to thank three very friendly people for their service. David Check for giving us a great deal on the price of our 2014 Malibu. This was my first experience with buying a new car and everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and friendly. I was unsure about which car to buy and Melissa Barnhart was very knowledgeable on the everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and friendly. I was unsure about which car to buy and Melissa Barnhart was very knowledgeable on the different models and packages. She was very patient with me and made sure to take the time to explain every detail of the cars to me. Once we decided on a car Melissa and Darrell sat down with me to go over all of my options and with the help of Mike Tallman we were able to find the car i was looking for quickly and painlessly. Mike made sure to go over every inch of paperwork with me and made sure i was comfortable with all of the information. I never expected the process to be that easy but it was! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to visit them at Hare Chevrolet! More

I'm very impressed with my experience at Hare. Brian Eybel worked very hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted at a price I needed to be at. That was the fastest I've ever signed papers for a car!! His service was very friendly and fast. Tony Osbon is a face I'm already familiar with. He worked at a previous dealership and serviced my other car. I'm very excited to know someone that does great work on vehicles is going to be there when my car goes in for service. Overall I would definitely recommend Hare Chevrolet to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you for a wonderful experience!! More

The one thing that would have pushed me to give a 5 rather than 4 rating for customer service is I was told to drive my vehicle right up to the service bay and drive it in. When I attempted to do this, rather than 4 rating for customer service is I was told to drive my vehicle right up to the service bay and drive it in. When I attempted to do this, no one opened the doors so I parked, got out & went inside (it was raining). Once inside the staff wanted me to go back outside in the rain to bring my car inside the bay. GREAT customer service would be your staff doing that...not sending the customer back outside again and I mean this whether it were raining or not. Once the customer has entered the building and began to transact business with you, that should just be a standard courtesy offered and not send the customer BACK outside. As for price, I could get a cheaper oil change with the many coupons that circulate in Indy but OVERALL Hare does give very GOOD service & I appreciate the fact that they call or email me when it is time for service on my vehicle. Their staff is usually very friendly & I appreciate the complimentary coffee & popcorn in the lobby. It shows an appreciation for the customer. I also like the cleanliness of the waiting area and building as a whole. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. More

I visited Hare Chevrolet with the intention of leasing if necessary to maintain a low payment, but preferably buying new or used and keeping cost within my budget.
