I have three cars that I have serviced at Hare and I feel like they take care of me wel with me to take care of my issue quickly and at a fair price. None of these cars were purchased from Hare, yet their service does make me want to seriously consider buying my next car from them. The availably of getting a rental car if I have to leave one of mine for an extended time is also a great plus. It lets me get back on the road without having to go somewhere else to rent a car or rearrange my schedule of that of my wife just to get to work or where ever I am trying to get to. We came back to Hare Chevy because of the experience we had dealing with Jon Ugen. My son purchased a Silverado in Sept and dealt with Jon Ugen. Engine light on and service needed. Have always been given the option for a loaner car and there have been some cases where I really did not need it. They offered a rental car but I feel with all the money I have spent especially on this particular visit that was +$1200.00 why should I have to spend on a rental car as well. Was not offered a ride either. I truly believe that being able to work with a particular Service Advisor each time is beneficial because they know what you have discussed and what is going on with your vehicle. More
