I went in very nervous about purchasing a new vehicle for the first time. I had spoke with Jeff beforehand and he had the vehicle I was interested in ready for me to test drive right away! He was with me every step of the way throb vehicle selection, financing and setting everything up in my brand new vehicle . He even stayed past closing to explain all the features in my new car and give me time to clean out my old car. Every single person I encountered at the dealership was courteous, professional and attentive. I also brought my 3 year old with me and loved that there was a play area for her and not one person acted annoyed by her intermittent typical toddler outbursts. My experience with Hare Chevrolet was the best car buying experience so far. It began with the phone call from Bri encouraging me to come in and give them a chance to get me in a newer automobile. I just had to meet her in person. Once I was introduced to Mr. Rufus Brown, I was taken a little higher on my journey. He was at the highest level of profesionalism, thoughtfulness, kindness, and patience. He made me feel as though I had a million dollars and I did not have 2 quarters. I would recommend all to Hare Chevrolet and to see Mr. Rufus Brown. He takes it one step at a time. He doesn't put the cart before the horse. I trully appreciated that level of customer service and thoughtfulness. He was a true God-send!!!
