After going to several places trying to find the right car, my son and I ended up at Hare chevolet in Noblesville. My son and I had a great experience the moment we walked in the showroom. The receptionists were very prompt and professional and notifying our saleman that he had guess in the show room. Our salesman was great as well. He allowed us to drive the sale. He first asked us what kind car we were looking for and everything else just fell into place. He asked us only one time how much we had to put down and immediately began going through their inventory to find the right car for my son. My son eventually found the right car (23 year old son) - his first real car. Reneau never tried to discourage him or suggest any other car which was the case at other car dealerships. After all he is the one that will be making the payments. It was important to us that we walked out of the dealership satisified with our purchase and WE ARE EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!!! I've left several dealerships in my 4 week search for a car because I was treated poorly. One salesman told me that I couldn't afford the price range I was looking in, presumably because I am young, whil a car because I was treated poorly. Those people spoke, instead, to my husband despite being told not to do so. I did not have that experience with Jeff Mosbaugh. I went to him with a vehicle in mind (Found on the website), he retrieved it and let me test drive it ASAP. I expressed a desire to take the car to my mechanic for a once over. Jeff immediately agreed and let me take it home Saturday afternoon and return it Monday after having it looked over. I returned Monday willing to buy the car but concerned that a low-urgency service light had come on. The service department replaced the bad sensor but didn't have the necessary information to re-program the sensor as the vehicle was a Hyundai. Jeff and Shawn McBroom made arrangements for me to take the car to a Hyundai dealership near my home and have the sensor programmed at Hare's expense. Michaela Macdonald and Theo Elston presented me with warranty and service options for taking care of the vehicle moving forward but were very respectful about the fact that I declined in order to adhere to my strict budget. I don't have a single complaint about the service at Hare and as a person who works in customer service, my standards are VERY HIGH. I came away with a $95/monthly car payment and the sense that I was a valued customer. More
